The location is inside of Costco. It is a small kiosk strictly for Costco members. The team there is great and always ensure quick service.

Brooke Dudley made a normally dreaded task of phone upgrade a pleasant experience. She was very knowledgable and explained our options. She got our phones up and going and we couldn't have had a better experience. Nice perks doing the upgrade at Costco. Go see Brooke!

There were two attends. One was busy with another customer and the other was either in training or didn’t know the product. He tried to be helpful but I didn’t get me answers about plans. He directed me to brick and mortar store.

T mobile is trash!!! Do not get their service.. I was forced to get T mobile because they took over Sprint and it was downhill from there.. I haven't had service with them for over a year and they put me in collections.. I literally paid everything to 0 and my bill at the same time because I didn't want to deal with them anymore.. and a year later I got a notification from the credit bureau that I owe them money... I called to speak with someone and they couldn't help because I don't know the pin to an account I do not have.. These folks are all in foreign country's and have no clue how to provide customer service and I am fed up.. I will be filing a formal complaint on them today!
