Fabio definitely deserves 5 stars for answering the phone if he is near it. However, after answering the phone and promising to come out to provide an estimate for a small paint job (I live two streets away from him) he never showed up. I called him again. Once again he answered and once again promised to come over and, wouldn't you know it, never showed up! Hence his 5 star rating for phone answering prowess quickly sank down to a 1 star overall rating. Perhaps, if you have a big paint job to do, the story will be different. Unfortunately, I won't be able to find this out, since I have absolutely no desire to call him for any more estimates.

He’s probably a good painter. However, when he ran a stop sign and I honked at him, he gave me the finger. Remember that your name and number are all over your truck buddy. Very unprofessional.
