CVS Pharmacy

Brittany (I think I'm remembering right from the nametag) asked if I go by the name on my script. It'd never occured to me I could change it at the pharmacy. It was so considerate of them to ask, and my heart's so full seeing JG on the paper they printed showing my patient profile.

Always pleased with this store. Staff are kind, helpful and patient.

Usually, this CVS is flawless, Drove 40 min to CVS, for a prescription that was a refill, was told that I had no refills, called my doctor who confirmed that there was a refill for the prescription, called CVS they said an error was made, there was a refill, drove back to CVS how does a Pharmacy make a mistake with medication?

This is usually out of any and everything you want, but may 17 I went in and was pretty upset about something that happened a bit earlier. I couldn't contain my tears, the cashier in front was very kind, great customer service, and she even offered me tissue. I was very happy with this visit - though I didn't get what I came for lol.

Would be much better if I didn't have to go elsewhere for one of my presciptions.

It takes forever They will leave you on the phone or in the drive thru line for more than 20 mins and wont come and say please hold we'll be right with you. I am really thinking of changing which one i go to.

This pharmacy is the absolute worse. They'll cancel your refills without explanation, there's no way to contact them about it online, and their new automated phone system is a nightmare. I had to go in to ask about it and the pharmacist was incredibly rude and wasn't able to explain why they keep cancelling my refill without telling me and did absolutely nothing to transfer my prescription to a pharmacy that could fill it. You're better off sending your prescriptions to the Kroger or Walgreens down the road.

Really terrible customer service and mostly rude staff (one exception). Will fight you on transferring prescriptions from another pharmacy (multiple times), and picking up a prescription takes forever, I’ve almost always had a 10 minute wait. Never had complaints about a pharmacy before but this one is just….

There is an awful pharmacy tech at this location and I recommend going elsewhere only because of this one person. She was rude, curt (not in an efficient way). She ended up keeping my ID (drive-thru) and got a slight attitude when I asked for it (after sitting in the drive-thru for a while with half of my prescriptions). I ended up going on the CVS app to find out why all of my items weren't given to me. It is worth an additional 10-15 minutes to go elsewhere.

Monday - Doctor sends in prescription to CVS Pharmacy
Tuesday - I go to pick up my prescription. "We don't have that in stock, but we can order it. Should be in tomorrow" Fine, I can come back tomorrow.
Wednesday - I go to pick up my prescription. Again. "It's not here yet. Sorry. Come back tomorrow." Ok, whatever.
Thursday morning - I receive a text from CVS Pharmacy telling me my prescription is ready for pickup.
Thursday afternoon - "Um, actually, we can't even get that particular item here. Sorry. We asked your doctor if they'd call in something a little different."

I was supposed to have this medication before a doctor appointment Friday afternoon. If you'd told me you couldn't get it a couple days ago, at least I could have gone somewhere else!

If you'd just texted me that you couldn't get it instead of lying about having my prescription ready for pickup, I could have had my doctor call in the prescription somewhere else, and maybe still had it before my appointment.

Thanks for wasting my time and causing me a tremendous amount of stress. I wouldn't recommend this CVS to my worst enemy.

Very poor service unfriendly people.

This location is horrible slow rude service, I would Avoid this store if I was you.
