Well where to start. Bought 15 tons of gravel. Told the dispatcher to have the driver call me before he loaded. Well that didn't happen. The driver got loaded, then called to say he was there to deliver. I tried to help him out on the delivery point. Well because the Nashville people didn't do like they should have. The load was delivered to the wrong address. Then they decided to tell me that they did there best and the driver did exactly what he was supposed to do. The driver was the one to actually help me out. So I thank the driver. To Vulcan materials. I hope you enjoyed the 500 bucks. I won't spend another dime with you. Good luck with your business.

I know why you are so low on reviews. Your customer service is very poor. I just got off the phone with a very condescending man. I tried to get information on the amount of a purchase and he had know patience at all. By all means work on this and you may increase your business
