I am a customer at this store, I have only had great customer from their team. Percy and the dark hair gal go out of their way to be helpful and polite, even when there is a line out the door. They deserve to be appreciated also

Went here to return a package to amazon! It was really stress free and they guided me where and what to do as It was my first time ever sending anything via ups. Lady at the counter was extremely kind and helpful

Great store, I accidently came to pick up my printing order a day early but they jumped right into getting it finished up while I was in the store.

The staff was incredibly nice, and I watched the owner stick up for her employees when a belligerent customer was cursing up a storm. That kind of the things means a lot to me. My small business will be doing all of its printing and shipping here from now on

Very friendly, fast service, and convenient location. They are vey knowledgeable about Amazon returns and will help you to get things returned correctly. Highly recommend them.

I have dropped packages off twice now on a Saturday afternoon and I have to say, the 2 employees working the counter are super efficient and friendly. Best UPS Store I have ever experienced!

I went in with a box of returns to send out. I was having issues getting the barcodes.
Sarah was so patient and kind. She didn't rush me! Sarah showed true customer service! I will go back to that location if I have any shipping needs!

I stopped in yesterday to ship a package. There was a line out the door. There was a lady in one line who seemed confused on what she needed, and such ( I get it, when I started selling online I was lost) The girl at the checkout kindly explained everything and helped her understand each item. The staff kept the line moving by having a manager come down the line, and take packages that were ready and grab receipts so those who came in ready to ship were taken care of. The line diminished in no time, and I thought they did a great job. None of the customers waiting had negative attitudes, which was also nice. The staff being attentive to each guest even when they were swamped really kept the moral up

Awesome service! They made my Spectrum return the easiest thing I've ever done and were very friendlly. Highly recommended

This is the best UPS store ever! I’ve had my mail forwarded, sent packages, returned items and Steve and his staff never disappoints! They always have time for any questions or concerns that I have, and take care of all my shipping needs.…with a smile!

The staff is always very helpful here but today was especially amazing. I am hearing impaired and need to read lips to aid in my understanding of what is being said. As you can imagine everyone wearing masks makes it very difficult and frustrating for myself and other hearing impaired and deaf people. I will usually start out a transaction by stating I am hearing impaired and need to see lips however very rarely will anyone remove their masks to help me out. This leaves me asking multiple times what was said and in some cases I am near tears by the time I leave. Well today I started out my transaction the same as always, "I am hearing impaired so if I ask you to repeat yourself multiple times I am not being rude, I read lips to help me. The employee immediately pulled down her mask so I could see her lips and reassured me not to worry, it was no problem! I was so touched! Every employee in every store should be trained to do this when someone states they are hearing impaired! I wanted to cry just from the kindness shown to me by this lovely worker. I am sorry to say I didn't catch her name, but hope to run into her again. Please train the rest of the staff to do this because in all my times of coming there it is the first time I have had this done for me. Also THANK YOU for respecting my right to my religious and health freedom for chosing not to wear a face covering and still always treating me very respectful. We love this UPS store. Keep up the great work!

The gentleman working Friday morning did an outstanding job multitasking with a line of people and both phone lines ringing. He was still able to keep the line moving I was finished with my transaction in no time! Fast and friendly service keep up the good work I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing customer service. I was there this morning and got scammed so I called and they were able to find and hold my package so it didn’t get shipped out. They’re always so friendly and efficient!!

Went in the Military location today, November 24, around 9:30 or so and two of the nicest customer service oriented people I have come across in a very long time!! Insanely enough I the only one in there at the time, not always the case, both had smiles and answered any questions I had!!! Just can’t say enough!! Made my day!!!

I had excellent customer service from the young lady working the counter October 27 around 8:30 a.m.
I was shipping 4 boxes to Florida and she handled everything very quickly and had a smile on her face while working.

I rent a mailbox at the Military Ave. location of the UPS Store because I live in an apartment and I wanted my packages delivered more securely. I've seen packages left outside the building where I live, getting wet, etc. I like having a street address to give for my packages. The people at the UPS Store have been professional, engaging, friendly, and efficient every single time I go there. And the quarterly charge for a mailbox is very reasonable. This is just what I needed.

Robin and the staff does a great job on any print job. Made some great calendars for my family and friends. The l they turned out awesome!

This is a great UPS store! The staff always remembers me and my box number. I’m always helped very quickly and also get help with larger packages to my vehicle without even asking!
