Dr. Stoneham is an outstanding professional concerned for my situation and was a gentleman. I reached outside the box and went for a second opinion. Reviewing on behalf of my elderly mother. If I could give zero stars I would. My mother needed a urologist to help her manage kidney stones. This man's office was unwilling to provide her with HER ultrasound and x-ray reports, and subsequently adequate time to prepare prior to her visit, so that she could ask well-thought questions face to face. This is a critical component of proper healthcare. Clearly, you have missed this piece of information in your years of practice. Instead of being reasonable with her requests or providing her with appropriate care, he told her that she was the problem. How absurd. He was incapable of managing an 81 year old woman in need of medical care and a caring hand. Patients need sensitivity and understanding while vulnerable. If you're going to be a physician and work with human beings, you really need to work on your bedside manner. My mother is moving on and I warn others to stay clear of John Stoneham. We do not recommend.

John Stoneham has terrible bedside manners. He refused to continue to see me because I lost my Medicare card and had to wait a few weeks to get a new one. His exact words were go see another urologist I won’t see see you. My dad went to him once and will never go back to him again he said he was rude to him also. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor

My stepdad visited Dr .Stoneham after finishing his cancer treatment and this guy was completely unprofessional and a d-bag. My stepdad was quite upset and so is my mom. Horrendous service and your practice should be ashamed of themselves. You might as well close your doors with such a terrible rating on Google. It's all about the money to this guy he doesn't care about his patients.

I wish I could give this doctor ZERO stars. He is arrogant and not sympathetic at all, and his bedside manners are terrible. He must be used to seeing men that just believe everything he says and not question anything. He did not thoroughly test my husband properly given his family medical history for two separate problems on two separate dates. Thank God for gut instincts my husband went for a 2nd opinion and his new doctor ordered the proper tests and found some unfortunate results. If we listed to Dr. Stoneham, we would have prolonged things that needed to be taken care of. If you truly care about your health or your loved ones' health, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Dr Stoneham was not willing to allow a patient to have a support person in the room during a biopsy result. Patient had asked for support and Dr. Stoneham, disappointingly, asked the support person to leave during the patients vulnerable time. I was shocked. Never saw a doctor kick a support person out!

Dr. Stoneham is fine. The office is terrible! Three times I called there and three times I’ve been disconnected. I’ve been trying to get a prior authorization on my medication expedited for over a month. I’ve spoken to lauren and Hazel and nobody has done their job! At this rate I’ll be dead before I get my medication approved!

I have called five or six times over the past two weeks for substitution for my husband‘s medication and all I get is the runaround, we will call you back, I’ll ask the doctor, the doctor is not in, it’s all bunch a bull! They prescribe a medication it is over $1000 and instead of substituting they give you no answer at all! I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s too bad because I did like the doctor but his staff is the worst

Was asked to leave because they wouldn't take my credit card to charge me for a mask I forgot. Terrible place, don't go there. Meanwhile he doesn't wear a mask 😂

I agree with the other reviews - I wish there was a zero. Do not visit this Doctor he is very rude and disrespectful.
