Value City Furniture

Chris was excellent and patient with us. We left Friday, undecided and looked at other nearby stores. We found nothing comparable to what we saw at Value City. So we came back Saturday and even he had another customer he greeted us and came to help as soon as possible. He's great and this is our second purchase at a Value City store (first at this location). Lindsey was very helpful explaining how everything worked with the financing. The sales staff was great as well. They explained the options to me regarding, the furniture pieces I was looking at. I went to Bob's Furniture first. We saw something we liked. It was a horrible experience. I was told my phone numbers weren't valid at first, then lied to. I highly recommend going straight to Value City Furniture first. The staff there is much more knowledgeable and caring.

It had a very nice experience here with Amber. She acknowledged me as soon as I opened the door and provided me with outstanding experience from in to out. Thanks a bunch Amber for walking me through and helping me getting my dining table.

I just recently bought a new house and was on a search for a living room set and mattresses that could be delivered quickly. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by Erik, who I continued to ask a million questions to as I tried out all the couches and mattresses. He was very patient with me, told me several different options and was very informative during the process. Checkout was also a breeze with the store manager! Highly recommend for any of your furniture needs!

As a first time home buyer, I had apprehension of buying furniture for the first time. Value City made it very easy, and affordable. They deliver right to your door. I had zero issues. 10/10 would recommend this location for any furniture needs.

From the showroom experience with Val to the 4 times of delivery because of delays due to COVID everything has come together!! Delivery guys are quick and efficient and very polite!! I will definitely buy from Value City again!!

The service was really great. Erick Goetz was super helpful getting me exactly what I was looking for in a recliner for a great price. They were very flexible with scheduling pick up. I'm a super picky person with materials and they were very patient to help me find the right one going as far as ordering in a show floor model just so I could try it out first.

I came in with a friend so she could spend a rebate coupon. We met several employees including Brendie and Jill who helped us find what we needed and then some. They worked with managers Curtis and Scott to work out an amazing deal on a bedroom set. This store works as a team to really help their customers. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Amber keifman. Is a very good representative of the company . She actually took the time to walk back and show me the lift chairs. I walk with a cane she never walked ahead of me . She actually asked if I needed a wheelchair. She gets 5 stars in my book

Had an amazing experience with Brendi, Jill, Scott, and Curtis. I came in to use a rebate coupon and am leaving with a full bedroom set and new mattress.
