Sifu Miranda is a dedicated and motivated instructor. He is definitely some you can be sure to help you get to that next level within and outside of yourself. Pai Lum Kung fu is a family built with respect, hard work, and dedication. Training with him always allowed me to drive beyond my limits. He is a great teacher for those who want to come and work at being a better self and learn what’s beyond the wall of limitations.

Highly recommend! Sifu M and Pai Lum are the real deal. I tried kung fu years ago, but it was not like this. After a decade+ of a relatively sedentary lifestyle, I was looking to jump start my physical activity/health. In classes we are continuously moving, oscillating between high & low intensity, workouts & martial art techniques. After 6 months I’m arguably in the best shape of my life and making progress in the martial art. Sifu M also incorporates health and wellness practices (i.e. meditation, diet, movement, etc.) for daily life. I’m glad I found them.

I have been a student in the Arvada/Wheatridge Kwoon for 7 years and have trained with all of my children during that time. It proved to be an exceptional way to develop confidence and improve physical capabilities for my children during their high school years. White Dragon is a family style – definitely not a black belt mill. My 10-year-old son and I have been coming here for years. It is aimed at growing the body, mind, and spirit.
