Family Dollar

I go there alot,more in spring-fall.
I've always been treated nice, like I'm part of the family! It doesn't matter if I spend $5.00-$100.00 or whatever I spend which could be zero.
I really like the family dollar on Saywer St.When you go there you're family!

Recently remodeled and very nice result. They added a ton more refrigerator and frozen items. Also carry a lot more of their sister stores items! (Dollar Tree) it's a really nice neighborhood store

After a horrible experience this morning, I was treated very well at this location after being invited to come there when the regional manager would hear nothing of the way the manager on Main Street treated me.

Always new fun stuff. Decent pricing.

Great place for getting cheap things for around the house when money is tight. Staff there is friendly as well.

Okay selection, cheap prices.

I rarely go to Family Dollar but if I do, it's just like Dollar General where it is for either emergencies or boredom otherwise would rather go to Wal-Mart to spend basically the same amount of money.

I come to this location alot because it's near my home and convenient. The employee that calls herself the assistant manager is very rude. She became angry and snippy because I qusetioned the return policy. Now whenever I come in she is blatantly friendly to other customers but not I. It makes me feel unwelcomed and not want to come to this location anymore. Not a professional associate with customer service skills.

Went there like always was fine till checkout.. A couple teenagers were at checkout and she asked if they stole anything? Older lady cashier always rude as always They definitely need new workers.. the guy workers are always a pleasure. The 2 older females need to be replaced.. Tried to small talk to guy cashier making jokes and Older cashier saying nobody cares, and she starts acting a fool… nope time to find a BETTER place to shop..

It's obvious that no one will do anything about the numerous complaints.. Be aware that you will be treated disrespectfully, the store will be dirty and the price gouging is ridiculous.. example, you will pay 2 times the price for a gal milk then anywhere else. Some complaints to the BBB and fedral trade commission and I have a feeling that this will be an open space for a new business.

Some management should be really be retrained/fired. I watched a person being belittled because she didn't understand a deal on a coupon. Overall the situation should & could have been handled better. The manager had a bad mood the whole time. People like that need to find work that doesn't need human contact.

I went there today with my daughter and niece. The lady was outside smoking a cigarette when we pulled in. She saw me get out of my car with my kids and dog. Looked at me and denied me service because my ESA didn't have a vest on. It's illegal to deny service like that and my dog doesn't need a vest on to enter businesses. I'll NEVER be going there again as I have never had issues taking my ESA where ever I go. Its the point of having one. We also called later to complain and she was again extremely rude to us. We are the customer and should always come first. But thanks to that very rude lady family dollar will never get another penny out of me.

No health protocols followed. Staff are constantly complaining and holding up lines. Never wear their masks. Answering their phones well customers are at register. So disorganized and dirty.
