I started coming here when my car was under warranty and the dealer paid for the oil changes. I decided to have any and all work done here so everything was documented in the same place. The guys are super nice and helpful and don't treat me like an idiot because I'm a woman. They even apply coupons for me, that I didn't have, to help save a few dollars. Their oil changes are pretty well priced even without the coupon. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had an 9am appointment for inspection. The staff were professional and prompt. They explained that I’d have an hour wait time and recommended local shops within walking distance. They had completed the inspection within the promised time frame. I was informed that my car would pass but that my wheels’ tread were at the minimum acceptable by the state and that I should replace them. Overall, very satisfied.

Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My son had a blowout on one of his tires on a Friday night and his car was towed here. I'm glad it was, they were great to deal with and managed to get him in and done in a day. Gave me a lot of options to choose from and even recommended a tire that was less expensive than the one we were looking at. I checked their pricing on the tires we got vs. online sources and they were spot on.
Highly recommended, I will be getting all my tires from them from now on.

Hi, I've been going to Brooks for at least 10 years. Those guys are the best. They really care about their work. Everything's done perfect. They take pride in their work. If there's another problem that no one knew about, they'll call and let you know before they do anything about it. Their honest. They're always on time. When they say it'll be ready in 5 hours, it will be. Everyone up in front are really nice. And respectful. I'll be going there for along time. I highly recommend Brooks to anyone.

My repair for my car was a very positive experience. Both Matt and Nate were super helpful. They got me in within a matter of like a day and the car was fixed the next day so the service was amazing and I now have my car back and running. Would definitely use Brooks & Huff again and have previously used them in the past for other repairs. It was great to deal with people that were super helpful and actually cared about what your problem was.

Our family has been using Brooks Huff for 6+ years now and we pleased with the level of service we receive on a consistent basis. We always appreciate their willingness to explain their recommendations for our vehicles and we genuinely feel as though they are treating us as they would a family member. We have often felt like dealerships have a way of trying to suck more money from you than necessary, thats not Brooks Huff's style and we will remain a customer with them based on this experience.

I have been going to this shop for about 8-9years they are great! They work with you to keep the price affordable. I have 4 cars and they are the only ones I trust to do any work on them besides my husband. They make sure the job is done and done right any problems they fix it immediately. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable.

The service at Brooks-Huff was wonderful when I had an emergency tire issue. They helped me right away, and I was back on the road within 45 minutes. My husband usually handles the vehicles, but he is home recovering from surgery. I was so thankful for the help from Brooks-Huff. They were polite and responsive. I feared I would be held up for a long time - time I really didn’t have. We use Brooks-Huff for our regular vehicle maintenance. We like them, because they don’t try to up-sale us on additional things each time we take the vehicle in for a simple oil change.

I needed 4 new tires but didn't know which ones were best for my needs or vehicle. They took the time to help me decide which ones to choose. They didn't just try to sell me the most expensive ones like some other places I've been. They had to order the ones I wanted but in one week they were installed and I am very happy with my purchase and experience. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant.

Always friendly and affordable whether I’ve taken my car in for inspection, new tires, an oil change, or some other service. The staff communicate ahead of performing any work to make sure it’s ok to proceed, they look for ways to save me money on more costly services, and they’re accountable when they need to be.

I always appreciate the valuable service and honest business I get from Brooks Huff and especially Jim Davis. Having recently getting my car back from the Nissan dealer for some recall work, they did the usual once over and gave me a dire needed punch list of suspension work. Told me not to drive my car and did a hard sell to get me to complete the work right there. Since Brooks Huff is my regular shop, I told the dealer thanks for the write up and proceed to take my car to Jim. I actually gave the dealership benefit of the doubt since my car is going on 10 years old. Once I got it to BH, Jim assessed the work and in actuality the scope of work needed was much smaller than the dealer wanted to do. I thank BH and Jim for their professionalism and the savings on my part.

We use Brooks and Huff in Manchester as often as we can for our car care needs. Nate and Matt are both very helpful and honest in their recommendations, and not at all pushy which we really appreciate. They’ve taken good care of us and all our cars for the last 7 years.

I went to leave for work yesterday morning and went to turn my car on and it wouldn't start. Was able to get triple AAA to jump start my car. I was very grateful that Brooks-Huff was able to fit me in to look at my car and put in a new battery. Thank you Matt (the service manager) for fitting me in. Also want to thank the mechanics there was well. They always provide excellent service.

I cannot say enough about how the people at Brooks Tire not only do great service on our vehicles but they treat us more like family than just a customer. I had told them when they changed my tires from winter to summer to keep the winter tires. Instead of taking the opportunity to sell new tires to me next winter, they advised me the ones I had still had decent tread on them and could be used again next season.

Excellent service, very friendly! I have never been to this garage before. So, I called in to see if they could patch a tire and rotate them as well. They said they would squeeze me in that same day. I Dropped my truck off at 10:30am and they were done by 12:30. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m a road service tech and have been taking my service truck to brooks- Huff for many years. I can say the service Personial at Brooks-Hoff are professional ,responsive and knowledgeable. I had a emergency repair when I got to their shop the parking lot was full, I did not think they were going to be able to help. But they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I highly recommend Brooks-Hoff.
