I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Penske Truck Rental Center, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The new service center location exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and modern ambiance.

One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional professionalism displayed by the employees. They went above and beyond to ensure that my day went smoothly, providing a level of service that truly impressed me. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who made me feel welcome and appreciated. They patiently listened to my needs and offered valuable guidance and advice, ensuring that I rented the perfect truck for my requirements.

What truly stood out to me was the employees' willingness to go the extra mile. They patiently answered all my questions and provided helpful tips to make the moving process more efficient. Had a wonderful experience renting a 26 foot truck with a lift gate. The customer service was incredible from LeAnna and Corinna. I will definitely be using this location for future rentals and highly recommend using Penske.

I had a great experience with Penske. I had a scheduled U-haul that was cancelled 2 hours before pick up during the biggest move of the season. LeAnna was phenomenal getting me a truck last minute. She was extremely nice and made the process quick and easy. Will use this company again in the future!

Huge yard, well laid out, friendly staff. Service is on the South side by the pumps. Don't block the entrance..... like I did. Got me in, got me out. Just a flat, but I was gone in less than 30 minutes.

If I could give them six stars, I would. We showed up late (we had no clue they closed when we asked to get the truck at noon that they close at noon, sorry guys!) There were some miscommunications that were quickly resolved and our helper was super friendly and worked with us. This was especially surprising because it is a busy moving time in this city. We were super impressed with service and we will be sure to call back here first.

Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed my trailer door right away so there was very little down time. Will continue to do business with these professionals.

Excellent. Corey Lanaville provided superior customer service. Not only will I rent from them again I will recommend them to others. They take customer service very seriously. I've rented from other companies in the past, however, Penske is my choice for the future.

A tow truck brought me there today was in and out . Didn't even take an hour every one was nice except the shop manager he just need a hug though. But other then that the service was excellent!!!!

Fair price for great trucks! Phone and counter staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Only place to get a lift gate without feeling violated.

I have rented from this location several times, many were with very short notice. they are always able to accommodate me, their prices are fair and every truck I have used has been clean and in good condition.

This was the best bang for our buck and it was completely worth it! The advice from the service man was amazing!! So helpful! Drop off and pick up was easy
