Overall the service and smiles at this location are what made the experience worth it. Staff members were quick to attend to the customers, worked hard to keep the surfaces wiped down and mobile/pick-up stations were kept organized for easy order finding.

I have never sat at a table there before (always drive thru). We waited for a friend (who was late) to order. No one bothered us, or asked if we were going to order. They were very nice & they werent overcrowded on a Sunday afternoon. There was a minor hiccup with using my Stars, but that only confirms I need to order online in advance, so I have total control. Its all good. I love Starbucks.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I try to work here for at least an hour every day and have gotten to know everybody over the past two years. They’re also kind and caring, great you with compassion whether you’re a new customer or a daily regular. The drinks always come out great.

came to get drinks with my mom for her birthday- you get a free drink on your birthday- and my app wasn’t letting me redeem the drink. helena was super sweet and was very helpful with the issue. great customer service!

Not a big Starbucks person, but went there to get my new rescue pup a pup cup so I figured I might as well get myself something too. I was in the line googling what to get so I don’t hold up the line behind me while trying to decide (I even practiced how to order, LOL). Unfortunately the drink I wanted was out of season, however Dominique (DT order taker) was very accommodating when I told her I wasn’t sure what to get and that she could make whatever she wanted. I told her quickly a jest of what I wanted and she came up with a drink idea so quickly, and my gosh was it good! I wrote a review not only because of the drink, but because of how she was accommodating while also able to keep the line moving quickly when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Coming from working in a QSR that is key!! Great job & thanks for the delicious drink, will be back soon!

The best Starbucks in the area. Always makes my drinks right and the baristas are so nice. Def wish I could give them more than five stars!!

Visiting this morning and being served by Amanda at my local Starbucks, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Her exceptional service deserves a perfect five-star rating.
From the moment I walked in, Amanda's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued. Amanda's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. She took the time to listen to my order and made personalized recommendations that exceeded my expectations. Her genuine care and friendliness created a welcoming environment that had me coming back. Amanda at Starbucks deserves every bit of praise for her exceptional service. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine care for me makes her a 10/10 and this specific location deserve a 5 star review . Miss. Michelle was a awesome Barista ♥ She was very helpful while I was ordering and offer us an amazing friendly customer service . Usually the lines are long but I have had the pleasure to encounter with awesome Baristas at this Starbucks! Miss. Michelle made my night with her kindness and great vibe ✨ Also the other guy who was there working along side awesome Team Work ♥ Didn’t get to see the other Baristas name .

Good place for coffee. They are usually pretty quick, but around 8am most days, there can be long drive-thru lines. The line does move quickly when it happens. During peak times, i recommend ordering online and picking up inside. One of the barrista's stands is Illyana. She is always very nice and offers my dog a pup cup when he is with me which is how I learned they even had pup cups.

Giving some praise to the team specifically on 08/27/23. It was SUPREMELY busy and everyone was still super friendly and upbeat. I can tell everyone was communicating with each other and getting it done! Extra shout out to Carson who was rocking through the mobile orders like a champ. It's not easy this time of year and you gotta give credit where credit is due.

Lexi was awesome! I haven't been to starbs in a while and she had the best coffee suggestion! Bathrooms were clean, and it was spacious- perfect for doing school work or small meetings. Great location, great coffee, and very kind staff! So glad I stepped in

Also had a delicious, moist slice of Iced lemon cake.

The greatest Starbucks in Jersey!! I don’t do fast food but I do enjoy stopping at Starbucks from time to time.. when all the beautiful people from Turnersville moved to this bucks I followed with good reason!! This store has some of the sweetest & most amazing employees ever!! I do wish I had everyone’s name because they’re truly some gems!! Elisae you literally turned a very long, miserable, & stressful day into the best.. thank you for caring & making me feel special!! P.S. thank you guys for always making my pink drink perfect.. & waiting till I get close to the window to warm my croissant😉

Update: Jewel is the other most amazing person!! Months ago I stopped in on my way to work, while they were getting my order together she asked what I did for work, it was refreshing, because not only did she ask, but she actually seemed genuinely interested, by the end of our conversation she thanked me for the work I was doing and gave me a cake pop.. that was the absolute sweetest thing!!

This is my go to Starbucks location! Everyone here is super friendly and remembers their regular customers! I also find that this location does a better job of making the drinks than others. Highly recommend!

Never a problem when I go there! The staff is accommodating & patient with me always! If they don't have what I want they always suggest something similar! They seem to want you to have a good experience no matter how long it takes u to decide or how busy they are! They take care of the customer that is in front of them giving their undivided attention! My go to Starbucks!!

This Starbucks is seriously the best one on the area! We had Lexi as our barista and she walked us through her fav drink. She was super friendly and patient with us. This starbs is definitely out of the way for me, but worth the drive for there amazing baristas and customer service!

One of the few Starbucks that tried to remember your name which is a nice personal touch. Drinks are usually made right and if not they will remake for you.
