We love our hot tub. I don’t know why I waited so long to get one. It’s the perfect place to unplug from the chaos of the world, and just enjoy our family. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

I have shopped many different retailers in town including Aqua Living, East Coast Spa, Unique Spas, and I have had the best experience to date with Moore Outdoor Living. While there is a lot of positive press on the Bullfrog spa I found the jet pressure and performance of Caldera to surpass that system. The Moore team will allow you to do a dip test. Their delivery team including Paul is one of the best in the biz. The electrician they recommended Rick was fantastic. Casey and Meghan were very attentive and responsive to any issues that came up (unlike Aqua Living and Catalina which are terrible companies and should be avoided). They are reliable and also they are just very nice people too. Highly recommend them!

We purchased our caldera spa from Moore outdoor a few years back. I personally was not a hot tub person my wife was. After getting this caldera spa it changed my mind. So many options and massaging locations. Delivery, service and purchase was all at ease and very professional.

Great experience with Casey when I first visited. Within 25 minutes I left with a new hot tub because she was able to narrow down exactly what I wanted so efficiently. Even the owner of the company came to my house after it was installed to show me how to use it. I’m very happy with my purchase. It completes the space so nicely!
