Friendly staff, transfered me to correct department for whomever I needed to speak with, I left a short polite message, no one called me back, maybe I will get a call back soon, always friendly staff when in person too, I just don't understand how to get my calls through to the person in charge for reason of my call, update: I learned staff has off work on Friday for department I was trying to reach and I wasn't aware I'm adding 2 more stars to the 3 I rated, as I received excellent service and received an answer for not hearing from staff.

My experience with Central Wisconsin Community Action Council (CWCAC) has been very positive & supportive. They worked hard searching for a decent, safe place for me to live, keeping in mind all my needs. What they found is a nice eight unit, ground-level apartment building in which I reside (as of June 1st, 2019), in the little town of Adams, WI. There are friendly, thoughtful, & helpful neighbours in this building whose company I enjoy.
Everything I need is either in Adams, Friendship, or nearby, including my bank, mobile phone provider, grocers, my favorite gas station, hospital with on-site pharmacy, clinic, ADRC, SER Jobs for Progress National branch office, food pantry (operated by CWCAC), job center, resale & surplus discount stores, dollar stores, numerous restaurants (including two fast food places), etc.
I'm quite fortunate & grateful for receiving the services provided to me by CWCAC.
