T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

After having a horrible experience at another T-Mobile location I was more than pleased with the service I received at this location. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable and had a wonderful rapport with one another. I applaud their excellent customer service skills and am confident I will be back to the Tarentum store specifically for any of my cellphone service needs.

Dee Jay was very helpful. Made up for an awful experience at the Natrona Heights location. Decided not to leave t-mobile and always use this location.

My wife and I have gone here the past two times when we obtained new phones, but on 10/15/18, Derrick and the other gentlemen that was there went above and beyond, by staying after close and getting all of my wife's information to transfer from her old phone over to the new one. We really appreciate your dedication to customer service - we've been Sprint customers for almost 10 years now, and it's experiences like this that will keep us and other customers coming back. I recently switched to sprint and had the best experience while in the process of activating and purchasing my phone. Customer service was amazing. Amanda Cooper helped assist me with choosing the right phone and plan for me! I have also gone to her for any questions or concerns i might have had since buying the phone and she has always been extremely helpful. I have referred amanda to multiple other friends and family members due to the outstanding service she has provided. I will not see anyone but her! I am very satisfied with my service.

I have gone to several Tmobile stores and this one in particular is just always so professional and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and just always willing to make sure you are satisfied. I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay and Sam. Both are just AMAZING!!!!!

The ladies at this sprint location are absolutely amazing. Sara was so helpful and Brittany was an absolute delight to have around while I was waiting to get my phone setup. I by all means recommend anyone who needs to deal with a sprint representative to go see them at the Pittsburgh Mills location Unit 14. Fantastic customer service. Thank you ladies. 2 thumbs up!!!!!

I was a Sprint customer a long time ago but joined Verizon to be on my husband's plan. Boy what a mistake. The bill kept getting higher and higher. My husband was with Verizon for 17 yrs. They obviously didn't value our business. Jenn was so helpful at this Sprint location. I am so glad to be back with Sorint !!
And we got some amazing deals !!

My husband and I visited the Sprint store in the Pittsburgh Mills Mall on Saturday 8/19/17. We switched from AT&T to Sprint that day with the help of Tyler. We were extremely impressed by Tyler's knowledge, maturity and professionalism. His age came up in a conversation and we couldn't believe he is only 19 years old. His has such great work ethics for being so young. You are very lucky to have such a great salesman like him working for your store. He answered all of our questions. And the questions that he didn't know the answers to, he politely excused himself so he could get the answers right away. Tyler kept us informed every step of the way and made the whole process enjoyable. We hope to see him back there the next time we visit your store.

Lindsey was great! Very patient and took the time to answer any questions that I had even with a few people waiting after me she didn't make me feel rushed at all!

Jenn Neilen sold my family and I new phones. We had been with Verizon forever but wanted to try something new due to the rising costs. We are very happy with Sprint. Jenn has always been there if I had any questions over the last two years and goes above and beyond for her customers!

Let me preface this review with the fact that I'm extremely picky and detail oriented !!!! And, I had a horrible experience with an ATT authorized retailer which only heightened my skepticism. I dealt with James at this Sprint location and he treated me with "kid gloves" !!! I put him through the ringer with questions and doubt. He should have told me to get lost but he not only very patiently and positively dealt with my mania but also delivered on every aspect of the deal/plan! I highly encourage people to visit him and his store !! Thanks James !!!

My daughter and I have been working with Chris over the last 2 weeks. We were having issues with Apple and her I Phone. Chris was very knowledgeable and knew what steps to take for resolving the issue. We finally went to the store today and got her new IPhone 10. Chris is all about customer service, he is a great person and a super nice guy. Thank you again Chris!

Me & my husband went in to exchange our old phones for an upgrade on Tuesday. I ended up getting the galaxy s8, and hated it. (Going from iPhone to android just isn’t a good move lol) so we came back on Friday to trade it in for an iPhone 8. Which I love :) Tyler helped us with everything (and we were really complicated) so he did a great job!! He could sell water to a tug boat. He handled everything really well & was super nice & friendly. Usually hate going into the store but he made our visit great. Definitely going back to the store by Panera. Loved that store

They are very curteous and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. It does take a while to actually get a phone because of the process of shutting your new phone off, turning the new phone on, transferring data, and changing the new cellular service, but it's always worth it. And on top of that they usually give discounts on any cases bought from them at the time of purchasing a new phone. Would recommend them to anyone!

Fast, efficient service. I needed my screen protector changed, and I was having issues with not receiving calls/dropping calls or texts. My phone service just was not working well at all. The tech working helped fix the problem. Thank you!

Jimmy was extremely helpful and patient in helping me buy a new phone. He did an excellent job figuring out a problem we encountered with a PIN number that I didn’t know for my sprint account.

Sam and Lindsay were AMAZING!!! They were patient and helped me with everything and got a better deal with T-Mobile.

I went to Sprint For information . I met Jenn Neilen there and she helped explain everything clearly. Because of her, I switched three lines to Sprint. She was also helpful after my purchase. Fantastic customer service!
