They text you on your next appointment, I find this very convenient. Can't go into to much details.

Only got one appointment was dinked around told this and that told the wrong days for my appointments. Had a mental breakdown trying to get seen got laughed at on the phone by the receptionist. They say that they will help but they just don’t do anything. They make your mental health worse by not being any help to the person needing the help .

they don’t listen to kids needs, they are very unprofessional. When someone is out for a day and parents call in, it never gets to all of the staff. I have been late to 2 appointments because of this. when asked for coping mechanisms they always make up an excuse for not having it, then will not have it provided at all.

Gave 1 star deserves 0 stars, trust your instincts an find another worker.
