Palm Coast Family Practice and Walk-in

I met today with Chelsey Lossen for my annual wellness check. She was very thorough, took her time and answered my questions. We decided to take an x-ray and as I was waiting in the office, someone came in and asked what was happening next, after I told her I was waiting on an x-ray, she checked with the x-ray tech and made sure that I wasn't waiting any longer than necessary. That is something that hardly ever happens in a Dr office. It seems like they leave you in the room forever. I was very appreciative of her checking on me. The rest of the staff was great too! Very positive experience!

I am still a fairly new patient to this practice but I can say I love them so far! Kelly Wise actually takes the time to listen and explain, and doesn't just rush you out like a lot of physician's we see these days. The staff is also helpful and kind, and helped me get in quicker than my original appointment when I had concerns. I finally feel like I'm in good hands and that I will be able to get answers I've been searching for for many years. Oh, and as a plus, they have the cutest little Frenchie (pictured) that hangs out and brings lots of smiles! 😍

Such a cool office Dr. Dorman and his wife wonderful. Dr dorman is such a great guy, caring and understanding of your feeling and situation. All of the staff are amazing. Shout-out to Jackie your amazing. My family has been going for years to his practice. We wouldn't select anyone else as our primary.

Palm Coast Family Practice and Walk-in Urgent Care has made remarkable changes in recent years and hardly resembles the madhouse it was in years gone by. The staff (office and medical) appear much less overwhelmed and the employee turnover rate has been drastically decreased. Patients can expect quiet consultations and the respect for privacy due to all of us regarding personal health concerns.

I saw Dr. Dorman as a first visit today and was blown away at how thorough he was. He provided background, evidenced-based data and was very easy to talk to about my medical history and current issue. I left his office for the first time in a long time that all of my questions were answered and actually felt great about my visit. Such a satisfying feeling to be heard, understood and guided. Highly recommend!

My primary is Kelly wise I absolutely adore her, she listens to my concerns and cares and which is why I look forward to my visits with her during my appointments . Kelly wise is compassionate, caring and cares about her patients..

I met too give ( no stars ) . For anyone heading towards this clinic ( buyer beware).. this place is ran like a zoo with some really rude people running this place . Not helpful, seem too have problems with drama in how they pretend too preform there duties and a provider.
Other provider's in Palm Coast struggle too get your medical records from this place because they are rude , full of attitude act as if they care little about forwarding your medical information too your new provider.... almost as if they are Be grudged as too you leaving their practice all together...
There are far better provider's in Palm Coast... stay clear of this place .

Kelley Wise is very caring, thorough, and dedicated to giving the best care for her patients. My entire family sees her and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Lossen takes her time, is thorough, listens to her patients and is very polite. She truly cares about your health! Highly recommend her!

My family has been going to Dr Dorman for years. He has a great bedside manner and explains everything. Even when we have a blood test he explains each and every test to us. I rate Dr Dorman and his staff very highly!!

This establishment is always great about really listening to you and is not a “rush out the door” kind of establishment, which is a breath of fresh air compared to surrounding areas and practices. I highly recommend this establishment for any of your concerns. Also, Chelsey is my normal PCP at this facility and she is truly wonderful and so caring.

Ms.Chelsey takes care of my whole family including my 4 and 2 year old girls. She is great with my kids and has listened to any concerns I had about my own health. She is very understanding and non-judgmental.

Never feel rushed or forgotten. Kelley is great, I always feel she is with me 100% . The entire office is efficient and friendly. Great to finally find a real GP!

Dr Dorman has been my physician for over ten years. His staff has become like family to me. He has literally saved our lives. The office staff is friendly and inviting, organized and professional, and responsive to messages left. Hands down, the only doctor I’ve ever had that truly listens and responds with compassion. Chelsey is the absolute best! She is caring and gentle. She truly listens to my concerns and very thorough with needed follow up appointments and tests. I highly recommend her and the entire Palm Coast Family Practice!
