Anywhere I stop for shopping I try to find things I never seen before. I found shampoo in Safeway. I like healthy staff and always check ingredients on the label. This time I found seems good shampoo. I didn't try yet but ingredients tell me it is healthy. Only $7-8. It is real price for herbal shampoo.

Sweet and helpful employees who go the extra mile to help both customers and each other (opening more lanes, etc) with great fresh produce, guacamole and flowers!

Update: THANK YOU so much for helping me get the prettiest flowers and best balloons for a friend's wedding party, yet again!

It's an inner-city grocery store, so I don't get why people complain about the lack of carts (do be ready for that, though), or the people hanging out around the entrance. That's beyond the stores control.
What I appreciate is that I can almost always check off my whole shopping list, they do a great job keeping the shelves stocked. The produce selection varies through the week, but I can usually make it work. The meat counter is very well stocked and has knowledgeable staff. The bakery bread is excellent. What more can you ask of a grocery store?

Store wasn't too busy. Had no problem finding everything I needed. Cashiers were quick and friendly.

One of the most clean and well-stocked Safeway stores you can go to. It's never busy in the mornings or evenings where you can go in and out if you're in a hurry as the check out lines are short. Even mid-day, it's an easier in-and-out than the King Soopers across the street. Of course, the pharmacy is a different story. They ignore you until you start making noise to get their attention. It's like the workers in that department don't know what the words "customer service" are. I had a pharmacist ignore me when I could tell she was looking on the side with her eyes until I started coughing loudly. Then, when I asked her if she knew what "customer service" was, she dared me to go report her with her "GO ahead!" remark. Other than that department, this store is great.

Thank you so much to Dakota for being so friendly (on their break!) while helping me get the locked batteries. Also a HUGE thank you to Liz for helping me with $200 worth of groceries with ease, professionalism, and kindness. I love shopping here! Thank you everyone for all your hard work!

Good parking lot for the Filmore (since the streets are so packed)

On an average week, I find myself at this Safeway 2-3 times. You never know what you're going to experience. There is a larger homeless population here, but that is expected in this kind of shopping center. I would give Safeway the advice to invest in carts that cannot be taken out of the parking lot, it would be an expensive investment as shopping carts are very pricey. However, I can almost always find a cart if I wait for someone to finished with one. I am happy to have this option in the neighborhood, and will 9 times out of 10 shop at this Safeway to avoid having to drive to the suburbs.

I went through the self check out line the other night during the King Soopers strike so this store was popping. The vibe was so negative and people were upset and harassing employees because of longer than typical lines and bare shelves due to the strike and shipping delays. Yet AK was working self checkout and on her game to ensure the line kept moving and providing beyond excellent customer service despite the constant harassment she was receiving being the only one on self check out. I’m very thankful to AK and employees like her for bearing through it all and going above and beyond daily! Thank you!

As for how they treat their customers. Well since it's unfortunately cold as F#$@ ouside we went to stand inside while waiting on ride to stay warm and the security guard had not an issue and both my friend and were able to use the restroom without question as well as we had not even bought anything....It's nice to be treated like human when most business's would just assume ban you for good for trying to either....even when you have already purchased $100 worth of there products...

I shop at this grocery shop because of the convenient location, the food lunches, the good beer selection with good prices, and the deli and meat counter is one of the best in the city! Never totally crowded or long line. The staff are friendly in general. I will surely come back next week to buy a couple of things!

UNsafeway. 10/10 just because it delivers on being the scariest grocery store in Denver. Hot tip: you can’t take carts or baskets out of the store so be ready to carry ALL your groceries out or in trips. Hopefully the “one trip only” practice from childhood comes in handy. God speed.

Monique Was So Awesome!!! She really just took care of all my needs. I'm not from the neighborhood and just stopped by briefly to pick up some needed groceries. I usually don't even shop at Safeway because they are so far in between, but Moniques Excellent Customer Service has made me want vist this store again and other Safeways more. Thank You.

Like the Safeway always here in the community being here for several years over 30 plus years always being here for the neighborhood come and get your groceries very clean very helpful staff don't mind the area in the parking just enjoy your neighborhood grocery stores keep up the good work you guys

The people in the pharmacy are awesome and very helpful.
The store itself is good The bathroom is the dirtiest bathroom I've ever been In. I've been in Port a pottys 99 percent cleaner then that one it's just awful 😖

I love this store. They stock quality organic produce and have a good bodycare selection, some imported groceries, and the clearance shelves in the meat and merchandise areas are always worth picking through.Customer service is okay, gas reward points are for real

My regular grocery store been going for years. I know the people and where everything is. Service is great and people are friendly. Store is clean and as well stocked as any store now days

Been going to the "UnSafeway" for over 16 years and, love the new look with, some of the same friendly staff that have worked there FOREVER! -couldn't care less that the self service check out machine gave me some problems (gave some back!) and when I forgot an item they happily watched my bags as a courtesy. -their staff def fits their new look~
