EXCELLENT! Darren (sales) was honest and extremely helpful. We initially wanted to extend hardwood in one area instead of carpet, but Darren consulted with others to verify that the new wood would not hold stain at the same rate of old wood so the end result would not be satisfactory. We ended up spending less to go with carpet due to his honesty. The installers (Ron, Tom and Jeremy) were fantastic. Seams are perfect and nearly invisible in carpet, no damage to baseboards or walls, complicated curved staircase looks fabulous and luxury vinyl tile floor and threshold were installed extremely well. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. Good follow-up and communications. GREAT overall experience! We highly recommend them.

We recently replaced the carpet in a large section of our home. At Your Door Carpet was great to work with. Darren Holder was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, and also came to our house and did the measurements himself. We feel we received a very good price on the carpet we chose. The installers moved all the furniture and worked efficiently. We are very happy with the results and would have no hesitation in recommending At Your Door Carpet to anyone looking to install new carpet.

This is the second time we have hired At Your Door Floor Store. A few years ago, they installed new carpet in our basement. This time around, we had them install carpet in our three-seasons room. Chris was incredibly helpful and creative when it came to getting this done. My biggest concern was completely insulating the room, so he suggested a particular adhesive layering over plywood, and so far, the results have been fantastic. The job was completed in less than a day, and after examining every inch of the room, I can't find one single flaw. On top of that, every time I speak with someone in their office, they are always courteous, kind, and helpful. In a few years we will need new carpet in our bedrooms, and there's no doubt we will hire them again.

We have had At Your Door to our house twice for major hardwood installation....essentially the entire living floor of my house except for a kitchen and two bathrooms. The were prompt and the install team led by Carlos did superior work. We did happen to note a small flaw which developed in the grain of one board after a couple of months and a splinter developed. It wasn't there when they installed it, but was just one of those things wood does. Jeff sent lead installer Carlos over this morning and he replaced that section of the board in a couple hours. To quote the ad of a national company "Like it never happened."

AYDFS recently installed a sand in place oak floor on a large remodel we did. The floors had to blend in with the existing hardwood floor...not always a simple task. They put down several stain samples to choose from, and the client settled on a choice. After the stain was applied, the client realized it did not blend as good as they had hoped. A quick phone call to Ramon, and he made a special weekend visit to the job-site. It was determined another coat of stain was needed.
Our client is very pleased with finish/match, and as the contractor, we are very pleased with the prompt attention and service that was given.

This company kept in touch every step of the way. The crew did an exceptional job and cleaned up completely leaving my area in better shape than before they started. Highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs.

The best part?? My new floors are beautiful! I was not prepared for the change of material but I LOVE IT! The vinyl planks are gorgeous and the transition from them to my existing hardwood is hardly noticeable. The carpet in my son’s room is lovely too. You’ve given my home a new lease on life and I am thrilled!
