We could not be happier with the service we received from ABC Rug Outlet. They have a huge inventory of beautiful rugs and Jose quickly got a sense of our taste and what our needs were. He spent a lot of time working with us to find the perfect rugs for each living area. ABC also installed a hand knotted runner on the stairs that required an artistic eye to piece together. Their prices were great and the owner, Kami, is very helpful and kind. There was zero pressure. You won’t go wrong with ABC Rug Outlet- ask for Jose!

I arrived late one evening just when they were ready to close the store, but the staff insisted I come in, take my time and look. I was looking for Persian rugs to work with an unusual color scheme and a limited budget. Kami & the other gentlemen at ABC were great! Kami found me beautiful rugs that are perfect for my space. Courteous & patient service. Just now getting decor in place, but the rugs already make the room!

We just had 4 large rugs serviced at ABC Rug. The largest was cleaned and had a bit of repair. The fringe was trimmed and a matched dye was used to very carefully cover white dots that appeared over time from use. The three others were cleaned too. One rug had stains on the fringe. They all came back looking amazing. They were so easy to work with too. They came quickly to get them and returned them in 1 1/2 weeks. This was such a big job but it ended up being so easy to complete. I can't recommend them enough.

Outstanding customer service, beautiful rugs with so many colors and choices. The quality is so much more than you will find online. Kami took his time explaining the process of finely woven rugs, helped teach us about care and maintenance and made us feel at home.

I walked into ABC Rug Outlet intending to buy a machine-made rug, given my limited budget, but ended up taking home a beautiful antique colorful hand-made rug from Tabriz, which was only slightly more than I was willing to pay. I was impressed by the beautiful selection in the store, the patience and kindness of Kami and his assistant, and finally the very reasonable prices! If I only I could afford it, I would buy 5 more rugs here to cover every floor in my home! For comparison sake, I checked out a few other rug stores in the area, but none of them offered the same range of beautiful pieces and the prices were also much higher. Would definitely highly recommend this store for those who love Persian rugs!

I can't remember a time when I've had better customer service. Kami and his assistant were extremely helpful in helping me choose a new rug for my home. They took their time with me and showed me three different rugs that we thought might work, but it didn't stop there: he actually brought the rugs to my house so I could see them in my living room! I wish more businesses operated with the integrity and professionalism that ABC Rug Outlet does.

Place is amazing the handmade rug selection is excellent and they can custom design a hand woven rug and have it designed to your specifications if you are in the market for one of these incredible rugs do yourself a favor and check this place out they have excellent coffee as well

My wife and I stopped by ABC Rug Outlet to look at rugs for our dining room. The selection available is almost overwhelming. The helpful staff patiently pulled large area carpets for us to see. We selected a beautiful red carpet for our room. We weren’t sure about the color so they offered to bring it by the house. When we got home and measured the room we found our selection was too large and called. They we able to find a smaller size and brought it over to view. Needless to say, I am impressed with the service, expertise, friendliness and bargains offered at this store. You can’t go wrong by stopping to look before making any area rug purchase. You will enjoy looking. And, they offer cashews! Bonus!

This was my second major rug purchase and I also picked up a rug that I had cleaned. The rugs are high quality and value. Kami, the owner, is very friendly and warm. I didn't feel any pressure at all and I think the pricing is very fair. They did a nice job cleaning my rug. I highly recommend ABC and will use them again.

I just bought four beautiful hand-made, all wool area rugs for my place and LOVE all of them. The owner and staff spent time with me to help me select the rugs and answered all my questions. They were VERY friendly, patient, and accomodating. The owner has a passion for rugs and knows at least some of the people whom make the rugs. Also, I got very good discounts on my rugs. I really enjoyed doing business with the staff and owner.

I had been searching for a quality area rug for over a year looking in many of the shops in the DC area. It was truly delightful to find a knowledgeable, friendly, low key and NON PUSHY rug store with a fantastic selection of rugs. Kami, the owner, even offered to bring four rugs to the house without any pressure to buy to insure our complete satisfaction with our selection. We found the perfect rug at a great price and have been happy since. I whole heartily recommend ABC Rugs as the first and only place to shop for quality area rugs.

My husband and I needed a rug but didn’t know exactly what style or color we wanted. We also had a good bit of flexibility on the size so suffice it to say that it took looking at many, many rugs before deciding. Kami helped us identify which common elements/styles we liked and he and his two co-workers were incredibly patient as they pulled back and moved many carpets for us. Highly recommend.
