Mark & Michelle just completed our shower renovation in 2 days as they said they would. I needed the shower step-over curb to be removed in order to make my shower more easily accessible. We chose an intricate tile pattern for the shower floor as the floor had to be raised to meet the new transition piece. Lo and behold it is beautiful! Mark & Michelle are conscientious workers. We were informed every step of the way. They are reasonably priced as well. We are very satisfied.

Contacted Mark Davis about installing a new shower floor due to some poor workmanship. Mark and Michelle poured a new floor installed the tile and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Nice people and a job well done! We highly recommend Mark Davis tile.

Mark and Michelle did a fantastic job on my flooring. It was a large format tile laied at 45 degree angle for my living room, kitchen and hallway. The floor was uneven but they did a great job of getting everything level and strait.

Mark and his partner were just outstanding. They were on time, incredibly nice to deal with and did an amazing job installing ceramic wood tiles on our lanai. We asked them to do a diagonal pattern and what a great job! Transformed our back deck into a tropical retreat. And, despite taking far longer than they anticipated to do the job, they didn’t say a word. Throughout the process I could hear them discussing options to make sure everything would look right and they spent a lot of time inspecting the work to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for exceptional work with a great Southern charm!

I believe that craftmanship is a lost art today. We have lost the human spirit to produce superior results in the work we do. Craftmanship was never a one-time thing. It was taught and instilled in workers, it was cultivated and perpetuated to produce highly skilled workers.
Well, was I surprised when I contracted with Mark Davis Tile LLC to install tile in my townhouse.
We agreed to have the tile installed on 03/04/2022. Mark contacted me and asked if I wanted to have the work commence on 02/28/2022. The job was completed prior to the project date of 03/04/2022.
From the time the job was started to the finished product, Mark and Michelle were conscientious and meticulous about their work. They were extremely patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. They explained everything in layman’s terms, avoiding any confusing technical jargon.
The tile installation was superb. They left my porch as clean as they found it.
I can not include any additional adjectives that would explain the excellence of their work and my appreciation for their craftmanship.
Mark and Michelle are true artisans in every sense of the word.

I used Mark and his wife Michelle to do our kitchen backsplash. They quoted a very reasonable price and did a great job. We bought the tile ourselves, based on our builder’s recommendation. It wasn’t enough, so Mark came back at no extra charge to complete the job in a prompt manner. Mark and Michelle are honest down to earth people, and I highly recommend them.

Mark and Michelle are very hard workers, very personable and don't waste time getting down to business. They did a lovely job installing new 18" ceramic floor tile in our remodeled kitchen. Their pricing is very reasonable, don't think you can do better with the big boys. Only one very minor criticism, they are a little messy but did clean up with the exception of a few spatters they missed. We highly recommend them!

Mark and Michelle were hired to do the entire house and bathroom. Showed up Everyday and on time until the job was complete. They worked with me every step of the way . Will definitely be having them do the last room and bathroom once it is ready. If your looking for a hard worker that gives you a fair price mark davis tile is your place. Contacted Mark on a Wednesday, and they were here that night with a measurement and written estimate. They even drove to Orlando to pick up the tiles we had picked out on their trailer. They were here that following Monday to start the work. We could not of been more pleased with the work. Mark and Michelle are great people and we are glad to call them our friends now. We have more projects planned, and they will be our first call. Great job guys!

Mark and Michelle did a fantastic job. Mark is a perfectionist and I was very impressed by his attention to detail and his hard working ethic. I found him and Michelle to be very reliable in completing their work and doing it in a timely fashion with a reasonable price. They were a friendly couple and it was a pleasure doing business with them. What more could you ask for? At some point we plan on hiring them again for a total master bathroom renovation.

Mark and Michelle did a great job on our backsplash. They took out our old one and replaced with a new bright updated one. They completed the job from beginning to end. They even met us at Lowes and helped us pick out tile. They were on time and very professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

Only one word to describe the shower Mark and Michelle did for us...AWESOME! Every day they showed up to ready to work...No wasting time, and making sure each step was perfect before moving on to the next...I rarely do evaluations or reviews but I highly recommend Mark Davis Tile for your job if you want it done correctly!!...My favorite line is one thing leads to another...well it turns out Mark had to bring our entire bathroom down to the studs due to water damage not noticed before...they just took care of the extra work without any hesitation...You'll be sorry if you use anyone else!

Mark and Michelle placed tile in our home and did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail was fantastic and you can tell they've been doing this for a long time. We will be having them re-do our bathroom soon as well. It's hard to find good, honest contractors these days but Mark Davis Tile did great work, showed up on time and were very responsive! A+++

We just had Mark and Michelle rip out 1200 sq feet of old tile and laminate flooring and replace the area with wood look tile plank flooring. I love my new floor. Mark and Michelle are hard working and professionals. They came everyday and did a fantastic job. We even had them retile a bathroom wall that now looks amazing! I will have them come back in a few months to tile my bedroom and master bathroom. I definitely recommend them!

Called Mark and Michelle to install a kitchen backsplash tile. They came the same day as we called to give us an estimate and look at the tile. We scheduled for April, but they had an opening and came early. Mark and Michelle gave us suggestions about how to install the tile. We wound up taking the tile off the sheets and installing with a very small grout line. Looks fantastic! Mark is meticulous about tile selection and placement. He is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. We had used Mark before for a small job fixing an issue with our kitchen floor. and will use them again in April for a full bathroom remodel. Don't hesitate to give them a call!
