By far the best vape shop around. I love this place. I literally come here multiple times a day the guys that work there are the best. They have the lowest prices on everything. I have spent a bunch of money over the last 4 years of going there and it was worth every penny. Thank you for existing!

Kyle at Indy E-cigs was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a few questions that I feel like most would just “brush off.”

One of the best vape stores around. Very enjoyable staff and they offer a huge selection of product. They are always willing to help with any questions you have. My go-to spot for anything smoking related. Only thing I wish is that they were open on Sundays as well, but I understand everyone needs a day off. Keep up the good work gentlemen!

People were really nice and let us try a bunch of flavors without making us feel forced to buy something. They also had a ton of flavors to try. Games on the table and a board to sign your name on. He gave us some good deals. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Westfield area.

I love this place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good products and great pricing! My only complaint is the Westfield store closes at 7pm. I understand why, I just wish it were open later

I absolutely love this place. Prices are less than any other vape shop. The two guys working are amazing and very knowledgeable about heir products. I look forward all week to come to this place to spend a little of my hard earned money which is totally worth it. Once a place gets my trust they get my complete loyalty as a customer and this place has it!!!!

Great company to get juice/disposables from. Good prices/variety and excellent customer service. Indy E Cigs has always treated us well. Couldn't ask for anything more from a wholesaler. They also recently introduced a loyalty program that allows you to save even more money! Highly recommend.

Very nice/helpful crew who helped me choose a great item for curbside pickup during the Pandemic, and again recently when I switched from Suorin Air Plus to Elfbar and their family of disposable vape products. This location has the best prices around, it's located right near the historic district of Westfield, and thanks again as I intend to be a regular customer!

As a frequent customer the last several years, I highly recommend this vape shop. The shop offers quite a range of quality hardware and e-liquid, in my opinion. All the guys that work there are professional, kind, and knowledgeable.

I love the sample bar! It is fantastic that they get new flavors in all the time! Sales associate, Nick, is awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable about the large selection of mod/vapes/tanks and flavors/juices. He takes the time to educate those of us new to vaping. The atmosphere is like an upscale cafe. Ask for Nick!

KJ was such a huge help he walked me through buying a new setup it was my first time upgrading in years and he told me everything I needed to know and spent a ton of time walking me through my new vape. Only place I'll ever go. Their house blends are great, good prices and always willing to help or give out information. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 5 minutes to be helped and that includes when their store is packed with people.
