Bojangles

This was my first visit to Bojangles in many years. It wasn't because I had a bad experience but because I'm never near one when I'm hungry. After spending my day at the outlet shops a few miles away, I was looking for something to eat. I saw bojangles and decided it's been years!!! Ha.
I was greeted by the manager at the cash register to take my order and she was very nice. It is always nice when someone takes the time to make small talk while you are ordering.
The food took a few minutes but it wasn't very long and it gave me time to find the right balance of unsweetened ice tea and lemonade... 😋
The chicken and fries were hot and fresh, I couldn't be happier. Everything was amazing and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in this part of town. Overall, I wish this place was closer... Definitely worth a visit if you are craving fried chicken!!! Come check it out..

Great place for chicken strips and mashed potatoes/gravy. Wish we had these in the Midwest.

Very clean restaurant, sweetest employees ever but they forgot the biscuits with the eight piece chicken meal. To be fair, they were very busy and checked on me 3 times to make sure I was in the queue. The chicken was delicious plus they have real country ham! I won't hold the missing biscuits against them since I should have checked before leaving. My ham biscuit was delicious also!

I haven't had Bojangles in years. But, im glad I stopped today. The Food, Customer Service and Atmosphere was A1. 10 out of 10. I will definitely be dining at this location again!

Fast and friendly service, clean dining room and spotless bathrooms. Place is updated / renovated on the inside. They brought the food to our table and went the extra mile. Loved the chicken tenders, dirty rice, biscuits, bo berry biscuits and cinnamon biscuits too. Would come back to eat here anytime.

I placed an online order for enough food to feed 20 people to be picked up Easter morning. The order was placed and we showed up to pick everything up and it was a perfect order. The lady , I believe to be the manager was terrific. She opened everything to double check the order before we left. Making sure it was correct. Awesome job!👍 Thank you so much! Stellar service !

We went Bojangles to get our fried food fix . Lobby not too busy . Drive through busyer. Had a small wait. We could see they were short of help . Doing the best they could. Kept their cool . Our meal was great . The young man who took our order was polite, and helpful. Mgr came out to talk to the various customers in the lobby .Calm , friendly, professional. Did a great job for being short of help .

Every time I stop to get breakfast I’m always greeted by friendly workers. Restaurant is clean. Great food. Order is always correct. Definitely worth the 15 minute drive and traffic just to get food from here.

Went through drive thru and everyone is so nice. The area is nice and clean and super easy to find. The menu is nice and easy to read too. The chicken is juicy and crispy. The biscuits are buttery and fluffy. Green beans, Mac and cheese , red beans good just a bit salty for my taste but still really great flavors

Ordered on the app for pickup. Ready, hot and delicious when I got there. Thank you for making our early morning with a sweet smile, great service and yummy Bo Rounds.

Food was steaming hot. Chicken and side was a bit small. Taking inflation affects and paying more. Staff was friendly and greeting. Tables were clean

Fries are seasoned so well. Chicken was yummy, I would love the fry seasoning on the chicken to give it more flavor. Dirty rice was nice and Boberry cookie was nice. Great job

This place is awesome! Geena is so kind and helpful. The service she provided was great. The food was delicious and filling. The facility is clean and comfortable. I recommend trying this place out as it will become a new staple for you!

Mgr came out to see if everything was good. It was. They were shorthanded but we got our food quickly exactly how we wanted it. The few there stepped up. Good job!!

I have had Bojangles from this location a couple of times. The food is really good for fast food - very tasty and not too greasy. If you like biscuits and chicken this place is a must try. The bathrooms and very modern and clean (they have TVs in the bathrooms and they have free mints and other toiletries). The day manager was really good and was on top of everything. On my second visit it was the night shift around 6 pm. The food was still great but it took them very long ( at least 20 mins ) to get our small order ready. If that was my only experience there I wouldn't have given them a 5 star.

We drive 40 min to come have some home fried chicken and biscuits. It was wonderful, the service too, they make you feel like home:) we will be back thank you .

Always have to stop through a Bojangles when I can! The tenders with a sweet tea and Mac and cheese for the win! Be sure to end the fun with a couple Bo-berry Biscuits

Their staff is so nice and courteous. The chicken came out hot and juicy and flavorful. Their biscuits are the best in the area.

Wonderful experience, came here for breakfast , they worked with my food allergies , wonderful experience and atmosphere they all deserve a raise coming in here to help their guests !
