My experience with the service was exceptional . Damian and his assistant were knowledgeable, skillful and very amiable. He understood my problem with setting up my Sonos system and solved all the problems in a timely and efficient manner. I would never use anyone else

They were able to come out the same day. Two previous companies told me I needed to replace my splitter box. It took about 15 minutes, but Damian figured out that the receiver needed to be told to use both internal amps. Then the whole house was filled with music. Just a service call. Then Damian spent time with me going over the features of the receiver. Great service and very friendly.

Damian and his staff did a phenomenal job. The TV's they installed for my church looks amazing. No wires showing. The whole communication process from start to finish was a breeze. I would highly recommend TechnoLiving to anyone looking for great customer service and quality installation.

The crew was professional and knew the important details about the equipment they were installing in my home. Surround sound, in-wall speakers, and TV mounting (70 plus inch TV) were all done flawlessly. Their calibration and set-up of the equipment was also very helpful. They did not leave until I understood how to operate the new equipment. They were great.

TechnoLiving was great. Damian came to our home for an estimate and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I explained what we were trying to accomplish and he was confident his company could help us. On installation day, Damian and his assistant arrived on time and started work right away. They were friendly and worked quickly. They were very knowledgeable about the networking and were able to help us make decisions on where to place equipment. We had a company come out several months prior who had no idea what they were doing and caused several problems. TechnoLiving was able to repair all the damage from the other company. Excellent company with experienced professionals. They did a wonderful job pre-wiring and then setting up a new big screen TV, other components and surround sound speakers.
They were courteous, efficient and extremely easy to work with throughout the process.

The Techno Living team took my initial call on a a Thursday and installed a new 4 zone Sonos System on the following Monday!
They did exactly what they said they were going to do......there were no surprises, no attempt to sell more than originally agreed to. No pressure ...just good old fashioned great work and phenomenal service. They specified an arrival time and a departure time. They were there on time and left on time! My home was left spotless and I was playing music when they left! Happy music!

But I called TechnoLiving, received a prompt and professional response, and then received a proposal that was thorough and competitively priced. So, with a little trepidation, I gave them the job. Everything was completed as promised, in a VERY timely fashion, and the installers were professional and knowledgable and courteous. An all-around great experience.
