El personal es bastante agradable y te pueden atender tanto en inglés como en español si lo necesitas. Personalmente me trató muy bien Max, ya que siempre te atiende de forma rápida y cercana, una vez tienes cuenta en este banco es bastante fácil de mantener y si necesitas algo adicional, Max siempre contesta al correo para cualquier incidencia.

Despite being a small bank with limits on what you can do, you can still do basic transactions and is a nice little place! 🙂

The ATM is broken 90% of the time which is not convenient or it is said to be full leaving u only two days to make deposit via the ATM

I have been a BMO customer for years. Of all the branches I've visited, I must say that WI Dells has the poorest customer service and the rudest employees.

This is THE WORST branch you could possibly go to. There is a woman in there that must be a manager the way she acts untouchable. I was grabbing change from them the wrong way for a long time, I will admit that but banks should carry plenty of change for business customers incase of emergencies anyways. Either way, I switched up and did what they asked, calling ahead, "ordering" change. AKA doing their job for them. Doesn't matter, this woman is rude to me, to my staff, anybody we send down there she's condescending, unhelpful, and RUDE. We are switching the Wells Fargo IMMEDIATELY and I will be contacting her superior asap. If I was the branch manager she'd be out of a job today.
