Our furnace was acting up so we called for help. Mike came right out and tried to fix it but it was in too rough of shape. He quoted us a new one that was very competitive and installed it in short order. During the install he reworked some questionable work from an AC install last summer from a different company. Calling Quality Systems for all my future HVAC needs.

Very Professional and considerate of our family's situation with repairs to the Furnace. I did not feel at all pressured into something that was excessive. Greatly appreciate Quality Systems accommodating to our schedules. We will be calling back to help with future upgrades.

Our furnace was 22 years old and the fan finally went out so we decided to replace with a new one from Quality systems. Mike and his crew did an outstanding job with not only installing the new furnace but also educating and informing on many different aspects and options to set up for comfort in our home. A week or so after the install We ended up having a faulty digital panel with the new humidifier they also installed and he came back out and replaced it all in a timely matter. Lastly, the cost was exceptional and definitely within the budget. we had 3 other quotes come in and Quality Systems was fairly priced without the sales pitch. We are very happy and will absolutely use them again for any and all HVAC needs.

Mike and his crew provided outstanding service, installed a quality product, arrived when they said they were going to and got to work quickly, taking care of my home during the entire process. Even before the install, Mike was extremely responsive in meeting me to provide the estimate, had the estimate to me within hours and then had us scheduled for an install quickly. He offered options and never pressured me into purchasing anything. He continued to communicate with me as my equipment was manufactured and shipped to his shop. We love our new HVAC system -- and I can't wait to see how much we will save on energy bills!

I submitted a request for contact and received a callback the same day. They offered to come out that night to repair the AC, but also were willing to squeeze me into the next day. With it being 90+ degrees out, they were very busy but got me in, and fixed it quickly! Mike was quick, courteous, and professional! I have an older AC unit and Mike gave me some tips to prolong it's life. Overall great experience and I would recommend Quality Systems Heating & Cooling to anyone.

Quality systems has to be one of the best HVAC companies in the Twin Cities! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The service and installation on my new furnace and ac unit was far above the rest! Have these guys come replace or repair any of your heating and cooling needs! You won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I woke on a Saturday morning to find that our furnace was making a loud squealing noise, but thankfully still working. It was of course approximately 15 degrees below zero that morning. I called around to several Heating and Cooling companies including Quality Systems Heating and Cooling to obtain bids. Since it was a weekend, I got voicemail and left messages along with my call back number.

Mike called me back quickly and said he could be onsite within the hour. Mike arrived in the time frame promised and quickly identified the problem. He explained what had happened and said that a part needed to be replaced. Due to the fact that this happened on a Saturday Mike said that the warehouse where he needed to get the part from was closed. He went on to say that it would cost some additional money for him to call and have the warehouse opened up to enable him to get the necessary part if we wanted it fixed that day.

In order to save us money Mike suggested that he could put a temporary fix in place that would get us by until Monday morning, that way he could get the part on Monday at no additional charge to us, and also avoid charging us higher weekend repair rates. Mike's temporary fix worked great!

Another Service Tech from Quality Systems came out Monday as scheduled, installed the part which fixed our furnace. It's been running great since!

We would definitely use Quality Systems Heating and Cooling again and would recommend them to anyone!

I just wanted to give a shout out for the exceptional service I received on A/C repair from Quality Systems Heating & Cooling out of Prior Lake. They showed up within a half hour, fixed my problem within a half hour and charged a very reasonable rate. Every other company I tried to call sent me to voicemail or directed me to schedule online. Quality Systems was answered by a polite man who generally seemed concerned with helping me, it's hard to find service like that!

Mike and his team saved us when our furnace went out one of coldest nights in January. Mike answered our late evening call and gave us space heaters to use until the replacement could be installed a day or two later. Mike gave us our options for the replacement and walked us through the pros and cons of each. He was patient with all of our questions at the time and any questions we’ve had since.

During the install, Mike and his team were so courteous to work with and kept our house clean throughout the process. They stayed the entire day and worked through lunch to get us back up and running before the weekend. This spring before we started our new AC for the first time, Mike came out to check the charge the same day we called him to verify we were good to turn it on. We are so appreciative of the work Quality Systems did for us.

I want to start off if you don’t pick Quality System to do your A/C and Furnace then you will regret it later on. This is my second time I use this company. The first time I use them to install a new water heater.

Then Last year toward end of the Summer my A/C were acting up so I called Mike to come out and check it turn out is time to replace the A/C and Furnace. I told Mike can we wait for next Spring since summer is almost over, he said yes, I’ll come back and fill up the Freon as you need. He came back 3 time in the 3 weeks with no charge. (Note: We haven’t told him we are going to use Quality System or not).

Fast forward May 2020 he came back to give us an estimate and even had his Dad Larry come back out add the Freon again to give us time to decide if we are going to use him or not (in my mind we were going to use him anyways but Mike were ok with us getting additional estimate even after he did so much work for us already for FREE). We end up using Quality System we only got one more quote from another company over email they didn’t even come out to check out the unit. They got us in within a week of their busy schedule. I was so happy that I didn’t have to leave work to be home watching them.

I will recommend them to anyone. I will use this company as long they are in operation. Thank you, Mike, Jack, Larry and the team. Thank you.

After four seasons I need to say how pleased we are with the new HVAC system and water heater that replaced failing units from the late ‘70s. Both the business end and the workmanship of the Quality Systems install were courteous, professional, and painless. They were in and out within a day, installing a furnace, a central air, a water heater, and a thermostat, and their office colleagues skillfully took care of the rebate logistics. That’s not all, we’ve observed very nice drops in our gas and electricity bills since installation, most importantly in energy usage, but also in costs, and our whole house ventilation is far superior compared to our old units, it’s now a quiet and dry 24/7 exchange, our basement level has never had healthier air. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Our Aprilaire humidifier was not working properly and the whole house was very dry. Larry came and explained how the humidifier was supposed to work and helped adjust the water valve appropriately. Because there was no installation of a product, Larry did not charge us for this service. He was very professional and took care of the issue and how to resolve it in a timely manner. We called yesterday for service and they were able to come out the very next day. I would definitely recommend Quality Systems Heating and Cooling for any future needs.

We had an issue with our furnace--coldest week of the year and my furnace wasn't blowing air. They were able to come out immediately. Great price. Then my furnace stopped again. They were back within the hour and had to do a second fix (of another part). They were kind, making sure we understand what was going on, professional...I could ask for a better experience. I will definitely use this company for any future heating and air conditioning needs!

When our furnace went out, we called a few other HVAC companies around the cities before a friend referred us to Quality Systems. Mike and Larry, were very easy to communicate with, and came out to our house the following day. They were knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of our questions, without giving a sales pitch that we received from the other guys. Mike gave us a very reasonable quote the same day, and was back out for the install a few days later, and had our new furnace running perfectly in no time. Working with Mike from beginning to end made it very easy from our side, and since he was involved in the entire process I felt we received an honest price, and a perfectly installed HVAC system that we can trust. I will be recommending Quality Systems to anyone I know looking for HVAC repair or replacement.

Quality Systems was great to work with! My furnace and A/C needed to be replaced. They were very quick to respond, very thorough with explaining my options, on-time and fast working, and did a great job! Would recommend them for any job!!

Andrew honestly saved my house and my sanity! 20 degrees below zero and my furnace was not working. I had one company show up and tell me what the problem was but they couldn't get the part until the next day. I started to call companies that represented Rheem and they kept saying the same thing, that part would take a day to get. Andrew, at Quality Systems, answered my call and said he'd call the distributer that they use and see if it was available. He called me right back to let me know they had it and that he'd drive up to the northern suburbs to get it and come and install at my home in Waconia. I know I'm not in their service area and he could of just brushed me off like every other company did but he took the time to help an old lady! I can't tell you how great that was of him, I really don't know what I would have done. On top of that he was extremely professional, answered all of my questions, and the price was $1800.00 less then the crooks at Total Comfort wanted to charge me. I can't tell you how wowed I was by him and the company he represents!

Quality Systems was suggested to us by a friend. So glad we listened and gave them a call! Our AC went out in the afternoon and by 9:00pm our house was at a steamy 85 degrees. Coming from Prior Lake, they drove to our home in Apple Valley and got our AC unit up and running before 11:00pm. Competitive pricing and fast service. Got an Aprilaire 600 whole house humidifier installed with a quick turnaround.

I didn't end up using this company, but they were on time and very professional. They answered all my questions and followed up. The prices were higher compared to the other estimates I got for an AC installation, but they have excellent customer service.
