Zahler Heating and AC is more than incredible. Our AC unit went out on a Tuesday evening and Greg had Kory out to give us a quote by noon on Wednesday. The price was very in line and the fact that they had our new unit installed on Thursday. Truly amazing professional, affordable, and detailed to getting a happy customer. I will share Zahler to all my friends and family. They earned me as a customer onward!!

Greg came out and put together the initial quote and then helped oversee our furnace and air conditioning replacement. Overall, everyone was a pleasure to work with, they responded quickly, did great work, and even completely cleaned up after themselves post install. I have since recommended them to friends and will continue to work with them for maintenance. Great business.

We have had our home hvac system and sump pump serviced by Zahler 4-6 times a year. Each time, they have been highly professional, courteous and timely. We always feel like we’ve been taken care of by a family member!

This company is exceptional! I was impressed with how quickly they were able to replace my furnace with a new one and how good it looks. I was also pleased with their willingness to answer all my questions about whether it was necessary or not to upgrade my furnace to eventually accommodate for a finished basement. You can tell just by the work they do, the care they have for their customers, and how clean they leave the job site that they take pride in the company and work they do!

Zahler Heating & Air Conditioning is one of the best, most reliable, and responsive businesses I've ever worked with to do work on our house. Greg Zahler and his team reconfigured our boiler/water heater location, and re-vamped all of the pipes running to our radiators, added in-floor heating into one of the bathrooms, and added new low profile radiators to our basement. I have recommended them to so many friends and neighbors, and everyone who's used them feels the same way we do: completely satisfied and appreciative of the excellent work, the highly knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and professional demeanor of whomever comes to the house to do the work from their team, and the reasonable cost of their services.

Most recently, we thought our 3yr old water heater (that Zahler had installed) had broken and flooded the basement. Greg Zahler returned my call within an hour and rearranged his work schedule for the day to come to our house and assess the damage. It turned out it wasn't actually our water heater that was the issue after all. Regardless, Greg made sure everything was in working order and informed us that the water had come from the floor drain and was a back-up of water - likely a clogged line or our main-line backing up. He didn't charge us for his time, OR the work that he had to reschedule for the day and lost. Greg's response was so incredibly generous, immediate, professional, and caring - we're blown away by his work ethic and generosity!

We have so much respect for Greg and his company and wish other businesses we've worked with were as responsive, kind, and reasonably priced. My boiler needed updates and certification with the city of Richfield after a failed city inspection. Greg went out of his way to contact the manufacturer for me to acquire an obsolete part. He and his team showed up on time and got right to work remediating all issues with my boiler and provided me with the required paperwork to give back to the city. Zahler H&A knows what they're doing and will get the job done right.

We’ve used Zahler multiple times and always had excellent experiences. We have a couple of buildings on our property and each one had an issue with proper air handling. One needed an air exchanger, another needed a dehumidifier and the other needed a mini-split. Greg and his team were great at offering solutions where other companies didn’t know what to do, they communicated well and were exceptionally clean on the job sites (in one space they left it cleaner than they found it). They aren’t the cheapest in town but this is a case where you get exactly what you pay for, in the best way possible. I will use them again and again.

I’m so pleased with the service and staff that came. The first gentleman that came to give an estimate for the job was amazing. He listened to what I wanted/needed and helped me understand my options. The estimate was so reasonable, less than what other companies gave me.
The tear down crew and installers came on time, got down to business and completed the job in less than a full day. They even streamlined the pipelines on my boiler...it gave me more utility room space.
Greg also took the time to answer a few questions about what other companies had said that needed to be done. Needless to say, he reassured me that the work that was recommended was not as “emergent” as I was lead to believe.
I now doubt I can trust any other company. Zahler has a new customer for all of my heating needs. They are professional, personable and honest. Good at what they do! Thank you Zahler Heating!

Greg has maintained my furnace/AC and made sure everything is working properly. I recently had an April Aire system installed and am very happy. I was referred to Greg by a plumber that had previously provided me 5-star service(Rightway Plumbing-Jeff & Eric).
I called Greg and asked if he could check out my furnace boiler as I have radiant heat in my home which was on the market for sale. The buyer asked for certification that the boiler was in working order. Greg provided exemplary service, knowledge and efficiency in a time frame I did not think could be met. Greg and his team replaced our water heater after ours broke suddenly. Greg was overbooked with work but made time to help us. Within a day we had a brand new water heater! His team worked quickly and efficiently and left everything clean and tidy and they disposed of the old water heater. I’d recommend them as trustworthy, professional and skilled.
