Walmart Pharmacy

Never a problem and they follow up to make sure I know I have a prescription waiting.

This Walmart pharmacy is the absolute best in the area. Drive up is super convenient, staff is professional, concerned and kind. They have gone out of their way in keeping us informed to help my mother when prescription was delayed by Dr. I will only go here for our prescriptions.

Always super nice, professional and helpful. I'll drive the extra 25 minutes for good customer service any day.

Ms. Erin in the pharmacy is wonderful. She helped my boyfriend and I thoroughly and went above and beyond to help me locate an item. Great customer service and knowledge!!

Slow

I will start with I have not had a problem with before. They are in the middle of remodeling . I actually thought they were pretty good. My experience today was very bad. Yesterday my doctor sent a prescription in the morning, I received a call from the pharmacy saying that my insurance had been canceled. I called my insurance company who said they did not understand what it happened. They attempted to call Walmart themselves to straighten it out for me, but it was during the pharmacy lunchtime at that point so there was nobody to talk to. I called the pharmacy again and said my insurance company said there’s no problem They asked for my insurance information and I did not have it in my hand so I said I would call later or stop by. I received a phone call back about five minutes later from a very nice man who said he discovered what had gone wrong and he fixed it and I had a $ co-pay. He told me it should be ready in about an hour and I said well well I get a text and he said yes. I never heard from them in the next day had not heard all morning so mid afternoon I stopped in. They said well it’s in the process of being filled.will tell them that you’re in the store and it’ll be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes. They were busy so I did a very slow shopping. I went back about a half an hour later figuring it should be ready by now. Waited in line again and was told it still says it’s filling. He said I been here half an hour ago and the girl behind the counter proceeded to We’re in the middle of a remodel you need to give us at least two days. Definitely cut me off guard I said fine. I’ll leave. I guess I need a different pharmacy. I was quite angry. I calm down for a couple minutes. I went to the front of the store asked to speak to a manager and explained my story, they were very nice. They took my phone number and the main Hopefully, this will be resolved a little little bit better. To make sure I had the name of the girl who had been so rude to me prior her name is Ashley. She continued to be rude and then told me I was rude. I am writing this review. I’m going to send it to while my corporate offices I’m going to make sure that the pharmacy knows it. Felt I was being patient At this point it was about 30 hours after they received prescription and about 22 hours after the initial time I was told it would be ready.

I reviewed a while back, it was removed so I will review again. The young pharmacist questioned my Drs motives with my medicine, asked why I was taking it at that strength and stated "wow that's a lot!", and asked how long I've been taking this med for and asked if my Dr had any plans to get me off of it any time soon. She acted as if she wasnt going to give me my med, almost like it offended her. This was the most unethical, unprofessional woman. None of this was her business and she needs to be spoken to by her manager. No pharmacist should question what a dr prescribes much less act like they aren't going to give customer their meds!

Disgusting pharmacy with workers that can't even pronounce the names of medications correctly, nor identify a safe way to dispose of unneeded medications after they misleadingly sell them to you.
