My I Mini speaker went out on my phone. They tried to just clean it first. Didn’t work. Lucky for me they had the part in stock and within a couple of hours I was fixed and on my way! Very professional; cheerful and helpful. The job was less than 140.00 and I am very happy. They repair computers and drones as well. Highly recommend them. They also sell some quality used I phones and tablets. Drop by and have a look!

My wife has been using the Folsom iParts and Phone Repairs for years and has always had a good experience. I tried them for the first time yesterday. Alika was great! He made me feel welcome and like my business was appreciated. He replaced the battery in my old Galaxy quickly and gave it a nice cleaning before handing it back. I'll certainly return to iPR next time I need a device repair.

The screen won’t work at all. We are going to have to bring it back in. They are closed Sunday, so no phone till Monday!

I was called soon after I posted the one star review. They showed me how to hard reset the phone, which worked well.

I brought my son’s iPad here with a completely destroyed screen. They fixed it quickly and it looks great and works well too. They also quoted the lowest price in the area. I was very happy with the services they provided!

I have a I phone that is supposed to be "water resistant", after a day of kayaking, it turns out it's not. So some of the screen buttons would no longer work. Attempts at drying did not work. If figured I'd have to spring for an expensive new phone but "Ben" saved the day by replacing the touch screen at a reasonable price. Thanks again!

Great service. I called early in the day for pricing and availability and their hours. The information was honest and competitive. I had broken glass on the front and back and was told replacing the back glass isn’t necessary unless the camera is bad. We got there about 1 hr before closing and only needed the front glass. The work was done quickly and at the price quoted. The gentleman even gave us a free case to cover up the back. It sucks to break your phone but this was the best outcome. I would give them my business again in the future. They also repair video game consoles.

Purchased an iPhone and had everything transferred quickly. Much easier than getting into a new 3 year commitment with AT&T when I don't want or need the latest expensive model. These guys are always good to work with and make it easy to replace a phone or get repairs done.

This is a terrific repair facility for Apple iPhones and iPods. I’ve gone to them on several occasions and have enjoyed excellent results. And Ben is very pleasant to work with.
