Hampton Ridge Healthcare & Rehabilitation

My experience was wonderful!! Every department was kind, pleasant and professional. Loved my nurses Danielle and Crystal!!! PT OT you have an extraordinary staff. Dietary aide was someone I looked forward to seeing everyday. Michael the administrator is very likable and helpful. Thank you all for taking such good care of me. I’m home now thanks to all of you 👍👍👍👍❤

My mother-in-law was just released this evening from the S.M.A.R.T. area after a hip replacement. I can’t begin to describe how incredible this facility was for her! Everyone made her feel relaxed and eased her initial anxiety on her first morning with their warmth, kindness & compassion.
The physical therapists and occupational therapist who worked with her were amazing! I loved seeing my MIL’s progress on a daily basis and she was proud to show it!
Her nurses and aides were exceptional as well!! They were all patient, caring, always had a positive attitude and a smile! They all did their jobs very seriously but always made time to check on her and see if she needed anything. They would take the time to chat and joke with her. The aides were always in tune with her rehabilitation progress and knew what she could and couldn’t do.
Aside from not getting the chance to say goodbye to the morning staff, I think her only regret was that she couldn’t bring this wonderful staff home with her!
I hope we never need another rehab facility, but if we do, I know where she will be going! Thank you all again for everything!

Hampton ridge healthcare and rehabilitation has always treated my mom with dignity and respect. The staff, nurses and aides always takes such good care of her. She's been to Hampton ridge a few times for rehabilitation and Hampton ridge is always her first choice for her needed care. The psychical therapy there is excellent, her physical therapist Coffey has helped her so much. She has done better this time then ever before. The also got her on the right medication and it's done wonders. She's doing better than ever. My mom enjoys everyone there and the activities such as bingo. She's won many prizes lol.
The director Michael is so kind and pleasant. He made sure my mom was well taken care of. I can't say enough about how great Hampton ridge is. Mom is going home today, thank you so much for always giving such good care and service❤

My Aunt has been in this beautiful rehab twice! She is 94 yrs old and mentally is more 52 yrs old ! The hospital is clean, has a lot of Sun light and all the worker’s professional and loving!
Great place and great care!

On March 19, 2024 my mother was transferred to Hampton Ridge to recover from Covid Pneumonia and receive physical therapy to regain her strength. While there she received excellent care! Her nurse Brenda and primary therapist Angela were kind, knowledgeable and when they had to be, a little tough! Her aide Robert was gentle and mindful of her needs. During her stay my mother complimented the food and care constantly. Michael, the administrator, made frequent visits to patient rooms to check that everything was ok and see if anyone needed anything. He made it clear that his door was open for comments, complaints or needs. Unfortunately, on March 28th my mother’s heart gave out and she died peacefully in her sleep. The staff notified us immediately and supported us through those first hours of heartbreak, allowing us to say goodbye and grieving with us as well as guiding us through the difficult process of making arrangements. I truly appreciate the care and support that the staff at Hampton Ridge showed my mother and our family during her time there.

My grandfather was treated in this facility for rehab and then hospice, and we couldn’t be more happy with how he was taken care of. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My grandpa felt like he was at home and among friends. Each morning the senior administrator walked through asking all the patients if they were okay. We strongly recommend this facility, for their exceptional service.

Amazing!!! My mother was in for Sub Acute therapy and they far exceeded my expectations! Nursing care was amazing and facility was sparkling clean. Customer Service reps visited with all patients to see if they had any needs or issues and were right on top of everything! Kudos to the team at Hampton Ridge!!!

My family is so grateful to the management and staff at Hampton Ridge. My father was a resident, and we couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention he received. Truely amazing staff that sincerely care about their patients and provide an at home atmosphere. Thank you for making a difficult situation more tolerable.

Great facility. They keep it clean, therapy is top of the line, and upper management is very involved. Highly recommend!

My sister is currently a patient at this facility. Her children and I are very pleased with the attentiveness that they are giving my family member. They are very helpful, professional and kind. The administration goes above and beyond for everyone that steps through the doors. All staff from nursing to housekeeping is top notch.

Everyone is taking great care of my mom in the dementia unit at Hampton Ridge. Management staff is easy to communicate with as well as O.T. P.T. and Speech Pathology. The nurses station is also very informative. Mom is ALWAYS clean and comfortable with a clean diaper. I really appreciate the level of care at Hampton Ridge. 🥰❤

If I could give 10 more stars I would! I can not say enough good things about this rehab. My mom has been there for 2 weeks and they have done nothing but amazing things for her and myself! There was a issue with the outsourced transport company today and they assured me everything will be ok, and it is. The nurses and therapists are doing a phenomenal job and I can breathe knowing she is safe. A huge thank you to Michael and the entire SMART wing... My mom is so happy and excited to move forward with her therapy, and has the greatest outlook thanks to you all. I know she will be home after she rehabs, but until then... I know she is safe :)

To be very honest. I read most of the reviews, but when I arrived, the place was very nice. Very clean and spacious. We stayed in the two bedroom with kitchen. Don’t believe the reviews, this was a quiet and very nice place to stay. Just so you know , not a lot of eating places around.

My 91 year old mother was there for 30 days and what a wonderful experience she had while recovering from a fall. Everyone at Hampton Ridge was attentive, caring and always made time to talk with my mom. The therapy team was top notch, with a very impressive facility for PT / OT. What stood out for me was the Administrator Michael. Everyday he made it a priority to always checked-in with the patients, assuring that their daily needs were met. My family could not have asked for a better place and I highly recommend Hampton Ridge Healthcare and Rehabilitation.

Can't say enough for the care that my mother has received at Hampton Ridge...I came in with a chip on my shoulder from prior experiences at other facilities...but the special attention by the director of PT, Rebecca, and her staff made me so comfortable, that I chose to keep my mother here..BUT, I have to give special mention the nurses (Amanda, Q, Danielle and Chris) and the amazing aides (Lettie, Vanessa, Valerie and DEBBIE)... special thanks to the kitchen staff and dietician too.

This facility is always clean and the staff is always welcoming. I participated in their Walk to End Alzheimer's and enjoyed the way they had the entire process set up. I was matched up with a woman in a wheel chair who was in her 90s and we talked during our entire walk around the facility - it was an amazing experience. I love that they reach out to the community to take part in their events. I get to enjoy their bingo with Robin on a monthly basis - which is another event that will well handled. Recommend this place highly if you are in need of care.

I just spent four weeks at Hampton Ridge regaining my strength after a stay in the ICU at Community Hospital. Everyone treated me very well and helped in my recovery. All of the therapist worked with me and were very patient. The nurses were excellent and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable there. Everyone cared! It was my third time at Hampton Ridge and I would not hesitate to go there again! I can recommend it highly!

Michael the administrator always goes above and beyond mom is going to be 100 end of February thank you nurses and staff highly recommend hamton ridge and they always decorate for holidays
