Tony Silvester of Silvester Landscaping was amazing to work with on our project from start to finish. My fiancé and I wanted to have a 16’ by 16’ paver patio installed in our backyard. When contacted about an estimate, Tony was able to make it the very next day to hear out our ideas, provide details of the process and showed us a selection of pavers. He also gave us a clear timeline of when he’d be able to start work on our project. Following that, he emailed us an estimate promptly.

The estimate was fair, and we were impressed by Tony’s professionalism and great communication. He even provided us with actual sample pavers for the style we picked out. We of course decided to proceed with the project. Tony did a fantastic job at helping us communicate with the Municipality of Bethel Park to get our permit in order. He also provided us with a detailed CAD drawing of the patio’s structure as well as a very thorough proposal which outlined what he would be doing every step of the way. This was very reassuring and made us both excited and confident in the project and with Tony’s ability. The documents helped answer almost all our questions before we could even ask them.

When it came time to start work on the patio, Tony was very communicative of when he’d be arriving and working on our patio. He was always on time and never showed up unexpected. Any time I’d come out to say hi, he would be extremely kind and give me a break down of what he was working on. Tony was always positive, charismatic and a joy to chat with.

He worked briskly yet carefully, and I felt like he really cared about every step of the job. The entire patio for the most part was completed within 3 working days and on the final day he repaired any torn-up grass and cleaned up any leftover materials, officially finishing by noon of the fourth day. The quality of the patio was spectacular. My fiancé and I both agreed that it looked like something right out of the brochure he had provided us with, and we couldn’t be happier.

I can’t stress enough how much we appreciated Tony’s great communication, professionalism and positive demeanor. It was a joy to work with him on this project and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer my closest friends and family to Tony. I will definitely go to Tony again for any additional projects.
