Boehm Landscaping

I had a retaining wall put in a few years back and was informed at the time it was guaranteed. Well, recently I noticed the point where the 2 walls come together was starting to split apart. I called very early in the summer to have them check it out and hopefully, fix it under the 'guarantee'. They told me their calendar was full but to touch base with them later in the summer. I figured it was a way to 'push' me aside. Well, I called a couple weeks ago to remind them, they came out the next day, took the wall apart, rebuilt it with smiles and very pleasant about the whole situation and to my surprise, no cost! It WAS guaranteed! And their was no fuss! I was thoroughly impressed!!!! Most times, it's little things like this that cause the most confusion! Very, very happy with their service, would use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone requiring their services (in fact, I already did!) -- thank you so much!!!!
