Troy Ott with Lake Murray Construction knocked on my door recently offering a complimentary roof inspection and he actually took the time to explain the importance of doing this plus educating me about the process and the full history of his employer Lake Murray Construction. Very helpful, very informative, super nice, positive guy. We were so impressed that rest assured we will be using him and his company very soon when the time is right!

Dave and his crew at Lake Murray Construction are outstanding! I can not say enough good things about them! We spoke with multiple roofing businesses in the area before deciding to go with Lake Murray Construction. We chose them because of Dave’s professionalism and demeanor. He took his time to explain our issues and different courses of action. He worked seamlessly with our insurance company. The work ethic of their crew was beyond reproach. They were extremely professional and courteous! When it was all done, the yard was immaculate, with little to no leftover debris. I have personally referred them to others.

Great company to work with to replace our roof! Dave was thorough and kept us informed every step of the way. The installation crew was courteous and hardworking to get our old roof off and the new one installed! Would highly recommend Lake Murray Construction again and again!

They were great from beginning to end. Did a preliminary inspection of my roof for free. Worked my my home insurance. Did a very professional job on the roof. Also had plenty of colors to choose from.

My husband and I had our roof done by Lake Murray Construction through Mike Pittman. They did a wonderful job! We’re in Saluda, so it was very nice that they came that far. The process was very smooth and easy to understand! The workers had our roof done in no time! The only complaint I have, is that I would’ve liked to have had the nails picked up a little better. Overall they were great! Definitely recommended!!

Michael/Lake Murray Construction replaced our roof. His crew was professional, respectful, and surprisingly nest, considering they were replacing a roof. We have been very happy with the roofing process. Our roof is beautiful and it was reasonably priced. We would have Mr Pittman replace our roof in a heartbeat but more importantly we would recommend him to our friends.

We had our roof replaced at the start of the year and my family couldn’t be anymore satisfied with Lake Murray Construction. They were able to give me a quick estimate and walked through the entire process within a meeting or 2. Mike explained the process from start to finish and showed us various options so that we could get just what we were looking for. The construction started within a day or 2 of signing the papers and was completed all in one day. I highly recommend Lake Murray Construction!

Lake Murray Construction did an excellent job for us from start to finish! We're in West Columbia and needed both roofs on our house and a separate shop to be replaced. Mike Pittman was our contact. Mike explained the process and let us know what to expect. He gave us many options from which to select for our shingles. These shingles are a quality product, and a quality underlayment was used. The shingles were delivered on time as expected. The installation crew also arrived on the day expected and did a fantastic job! Everyone knew their job and performed it very efficiently. After the installation and cleanup, a final inspection was performed by Lake Murray Contruction to ensure the job was finished properly and the nails were picked up. Everyone at this company did what they said and when they said they were going to do it. We would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Lake Murray Construction repaired and replaced our roof after a large branch fell and caused several holes. The work was superb and the entire team was friendly and did a great job. The most amazing part of the whole process was the initial call asking for their assistance to immediately repair the holes since it was still raining. It was early afternoon and they went out of their way to get a crew out to the house and make emergency repairs to prevent further damage. I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

I live in Blythewood SC and need led a new roof last year. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency the team worked with to complete my new roof. We have not had any issues at all and would highly recommend Lake Murray Construction.

Lake Murray Construction did a great job with my roof. I had many issues with my insurance agency over the span of a year+ and Lake Murray stayed in contact to help me get the issue resolved. Once it was finally resolved, LMC was able to do the job within a day and they did a great job with my new roof. Dave was always available to take my calls and answer any questions I had at any moment.

Just had my roof done by Lake Murray Construction and could not be more pleased. Since this involved more than just putting some shingles on the house (had dormer windows removed and additional repairs made , I was a bit hesitant...I didn't need to be! The transition went smoothly and I was kept constantly in the loop by my sales person (Todd Williams) and the project manager (Dave Wright). Now it looks like a new house! Crew arrived early and finished within the day, to include also collecting all of the trash. I'm so pleased that in addition to recommending to my neighbors, I plan on using them again for my parent's roof!

After everything was submitted to insurance company, Michael too charge, made recommendations on the type and style of shingles to be applied. I am Curtis Burnett at 246 Greenview Ct, Lexington, SC. I had a new roof replacement completed. It looks great and so much better. It is even warmer in my home. The whole process was easy. The manager’s name was David Wright and he was wonderful with helping me through this process. I could tell he was knowledgeable and knew his stuff about roofing because I had done a lot of research regarding roofing. I had numerous roofers come out and some of them needed to update their knowledge on roofing. The crew was kind and proficient with making my new roof. The crew I had was Lead by Naun Cruz and his co-workers/family were awesome. I had some difficulties with my roof and the crew did not hesitate at all to fix it.
