Awesome food, awesome service. Our first visit and we will definitely be back. Had the chicken cordon bleu omelette and it was packed with filling and delicious. Also enjoyed the home fries with onions and peppers.

Julie's Cozy Cafe is the perfect moniker for this delightful breakfast and lunch only eatery. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly, and it feels like walking into grandma's kitchen and being spoiled with delicious food.

First, the stuffed French toast with cream cheese, strawberries, and topped with whipped cream was decadent, and certainly will satisfy one with a sweet tooth. A little too sweet for breakfast, but after a small lunch, it would make a perfect dessert!

The Cordon Bleu omelette was also fantastic. The omelette included a generous filling of diced ham, chicken. and Swiss cheese, with a side of home fries and toast.

Located behind Commonwealth Health Wilkes-Barre General Hospital on Chestnut Street, the cafe is very clean and, based on a couple of seemingly regular customers, has a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. There are plenty of breakfast items to choose from, and your coffee cup never runs empty. Julie's Cozy Cafe is indeed a pleasant and pleasurable experience.

Awesome staff, phenomenal food, friendly environment. Definitely will be coming back, already planning on bringing my mother in law here for mothers day.🙂 Prices are more then reasonable and the food was absolutely delicious. Plus, the owner feeds the neighborhood cats and takes care of them if they have any health issues and I just love that.❤

Cozy little breakfast nook, nestled in a neighborhood. Good food and friendly service. Place was packed at 10am on Sunday but we got lucky and walked in as a table emptied. We had the croissant sandwich and pb-banana stuffed French toast. Yum! Definitely would go again!

My husband found Julie's yesterday and it is very cozy. We had a delicious breakfast on the deck and our waitress was so nice. Recommend stopping by.

1st time diner. My son took me there. I had a western with hone fries and rye. Everything's great. Food, service, friendly staff. Have bakery items for sale also. Large portions if your a big eater. I will be back. Highly recommend!

Today, I wanted to try a new place for breakfast so I decided to stop here and give it a shot. Its as the name says, a cozy cafe. The prices are pretty reasonable and the portion sizes are decent and filling. The food is very tasty and the coffee was pretty good as well. I love small places like this because the food is always fantastic because of the passion and care they put into it. I will definitely be back in the future and keep up the great work!

My first time at Julie's Cozy Cafe. This was fried chicken with cheese & gravy with fries. I believe they do breakfast for lunch. The stuffed french toast looked good to try next visit.

This place was a good find. From outside you can't that is at breakfast or food place. There is a big parking spot in the back and you can walk up the steps to the place. You might get greeted by some cats outside the place who are friendly. Especially the one that is named Tootsie. Food was great and the waitresses Helen was very nice. The owner is also there have to greet you. very clean and friendly people. I always wanted to try scrapple at restaurant and this place has it. It was very very very good. I will be back.
