Sun Tan City

This has been my second time tanning in my life and both Sun Tan Cities that I have gone too have been amazing! Staff always makes you feel super comfortable and welcomed. At this location if you are a regular they recognize your face and some girls even recognize you by your name as well! The beds and the rooms are always super clean (including the mirrors). I have never been disappointed at this location 😊😊😊

I always show up to tan as early as possible & love that the salon is open at 7 so I can tan before work! Taylor & Brooke are both always in great moods in the morning & are so accommodating and friendly. Samantha always helps me pick great products that keep me nice and bronze & ready for any event i may need to be tan for. All of the employees are all very knowledgeable on the products they offer & it’s obvious they love their jobs : )

Jess, the salon director, treated me so well today! I had my account frozen for a few years and finally decided to come back and I got a crazy amount of products (about $160 worth) for $28! She also gave me a free week in the instant bed for coming back. The girls are super fun and make the experience so enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!

I absolutely love this location. I travel a lot and through my Sun Tan City membership which is a huge plus I can tan anywhere I go that has a Sun Tan City. The staff here in Cookeville is always professional well educated on the product and very very friendly good positive upbeat vibe. The beds are always clean Working and the bulbs are replaced regularly which keeps me with great color year-round then I’m consistently getting compliments on. Would highly recommend this location.

I have been a member of Sun Tan City for about three years now with Cookeville as my home location. I have always loved their beds, which is what keeps me coming back to them each spring. Today I received some great customer service from the salon director. She took the time to look into my account and found that I was paying for the fast bed at an outdated price. She was able to upgrade my membership to a higher level bed for the same price. I am so appreciative that she was so observant even when her line was out the door. That is great customer service.:)

The staff is so friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and can help decide which products will work best for your needs and desired results. The beds are always clean! The variety of beds and packages are great and they offer amazing upgrades, promotions, and specials. I have tanned other places but love suntan city in cookeville and would never tan anywhere else.

Sun tan city is the best place to tan. The consultants are the sweetest and are so helpful with any questions you may have! The beds are always clean. You definitely get the most bang for your buck. They always have new promotions going on so you can always try a different bed or lotion. I've gotten many spray tans and they have always turned out really good. You are never splotchy or orange. It's the perfect color for a night out. I couldn't think of a better place to go tanning!

I have been tanning for about 18 years & I have to say that this location is AMAZING!! Taylor is very knowledgeable in the lotions and types of beds they have to offer. I went in, told them exactly what I wanted to do and how I like to tan & they knew exactly what would work for me. I was able to get a package that fits my lifestyle and my budget! Thank you Taylor for the awesome experience!! They have earned a life long customer.

Every time I come in the girls working the front desk are super sweet and always make sure I'm comfortable and we'll taken care of. Always help explain all the different packages and different items that would help preserve and enhance my tan. If there new and are not sure they always get someone to help. The lady's working there are the reason I buy my yearly packages ..they treat me as if I was a friend and not just customer. .

Today at suntan city, i walked in very early so I could get a spray tan before my classes started at Tennessee Techh and Jess welcomed me at the door and immediately helped me! I walked in and it was very clean and professional! I wanted a spray tan for a football game and after pulling up my past information, the manager Jess noticed that I had some trouble in the past and she would not let me leave until I got my spray tan and due to my account and past experience, she made sure I got not only the spray tan for free but four spray tans for free! She was so patient and made sure to tell me the products I would need to follow up the spray tan but didn't pressure me into buying them too much which is very nice! My spray tan turned out great and I will definitely be coming back. Overall it was a great experience and Jess was the nicest person I've ever met at suntan city and made sure to connect with me on a personal level. I would recommend her and this suntan city to anyone!

I love this Sun Tan City. I've been to several different cities and Cookeville is by far the best. The staff is always so friendly and always help me choose the right products, and it's by far the cleanest I've seen. The beds are awesome and the manager Jess always has things running so smoothly! Can't recommend this STC enough!!!

Okay so I just went and tanned and had the best experience ever💁🏼‍♀
Not only was I greeted with friendly smiles BUT the girl at the counter was so nice and so helpful. (TAYLOR BELL)She told me about my points so I could lay in the fastest bed witch may seem like a small thing but I’ve had a membership there for 2months now and NOWONE ever told me about my points. So it was great. Also. She told me about their teeth whitening stuff and showed me how it works and helped me get 30% off of the package I wanted. All in all. It was a great way to end my night. TAYLOR BELL IS AN ANGEL 😇

The most amazing, fun and outgoing staff! I got my first ever sunless(spray) tan EVER! The girls eliminated any nerves a I had and I ABSOLUTELY loved the way it turned out! Loyal customer for life.

I have a monthly membership that I purchased the first time I was in Cookeville and travel around the country for business. I have visited quite a few different locations and the Cookeville location by far is my favorite.
Becca made me feel like family the second I walked into the store !!!
Originally I was only looking for a very small tanning package because I was only going to be there for a few days but she showed me all the different locations and the benefits to buying a monthly membership and I’m glad I did .
She asked me some of my tanning habits and then advised me what she felt was the best package .
I knew I was talking to someone who cared and was genuinely trying to help me !!!!
Every suntan city location I’ve been to has a very friendly staff,
but Becca and her staff take customer service to the next level !!!

My husband and I recently moved into Cookeville from Kentucky and we were looking for a nice place to tan and after talking to the staff at Suntan City, we found a package that best fit our needs! The staff there are awesome and we get great tans from their beds! They have all the latest and greatest beds and products! We also used their Versa Spa spray tan and absolutely loved it!!! I highly recommend them to anyone!

I'm a man who has had 19 skin cancers. The latest was on the top of my head and required me to shave my head in order for it to be removed and heal up. I went in to Sun Tan City here in Cookeville and received compassion and love that I wasn't expecting. Not only did they give me a complementary spray tan, but even let me have some tanning primer to make my results that much better. Becca and the other employees are amazing and rest assured, I will be back.

Great experience!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to explain all the diff. plans offered and made sure to show me all the features of the beds! Very clean environment and I immediately loved the Fastest bed!

I have been with STC for 3 years and I love all the girls that work there. I won a free bottle of lotion last week and I got to choose which one and I chose 14k Gold. This lotion is AWESOME! I've never had a bad experience at STC and everyone is so friendly!

The girls there are Super Sweet & Helpful!! I've been coming here since they first opened & anytime I need anything I'm taken care!! A girl named Jess is always so kind & I feel she is an asset to your company!! :-)

This is the MOST Amazing Place I paid for a year at Millinium Tanning and they Never changed bulbs I actually lost color I had from moving here,the. I found Sun Tan City after 1 visit I saw color I have been here now 7 times and have more color and can actually start wearing shorts with a Amazing tan !!! The place is Clean and everyone's so nice and Helpful! Believe me I use to own Tanning Salon and I would HIGHLY suggest spending your time and money here don't waste going anywhere else you want have the Great Tan that I have !! Hope to see you here 😜😎
