Appreciate everything that the team did to get my truck back on the road.

The only negative I have about this place is that I almost drove past it because I barely saw their sign. The place has "your Dad's shop" vibe to it. Now, the young lady that answered the phone is very pleasant and professional. All necessary information was given upfront. How long the repair would possibly take depending on parts availability and price. They even have a drop box so you can drop your vehicle off after hours in the event your work schedule clashes with theirs. Quick diagnosis, I was called the very next day with the issue and a quote. Quality professional work done and I had them change the filter and fluid in my transmission while they had it. When dealing with engine and transmission work the price can get a bit high. This shop gave me what I was looking for at a reasonable cost. Oh, and a military 🪖 discount.

Fantastic service! Dropped my car off on a Tuesday with a trans leak, had it back on Friday, leak fixed and fluid changed at a reasonable price.

Rincon Transmission in Savannah is awesome! They were very professional, fast and service was great. They took my car, had it diagnosed and fixed within a day and for much less than I thought it was going to cost. Michelle was amazing, super friendly and assisted me with recommendations for towing which also saved me money. I definitely recommend that everyone use them. You will not be disappointed!

If you want your transmission work along with other mechanical work done this is a great value for the money with the very friendly and knowledgeable staff Paul has been there for over 15 or 20 years and knows his stuff. The staff is ASC Certified and backed by an incredible amount of knowledge and an unusual amount of friendliness charm and humor great place to do business

Super transparent and helpful folks. They explained what was going on with my transmission and gave me a price over the phone. They explained that I had a leak coming from a pressure port and was 4 qt low on oil and that it would cost around $135 for labor and oil. I DEFINITELY recommend these guys if you're looking for honest work.

Great Service! I thought I had a serious Transmission problem. They diagnosed the problem before the time promised. Turns out that it was just worn out U-joints. Had the repairs done quickly and at a great price. Didn't try to upsell or push any other Services.
Paul and his crew are very friendly and deliver what they promise.

I cannot recommended this place enough. I am an out of towner and my transmission blew during vacation. They explained to me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. The transmission needed to be rebuilt and cost 4200$. Well worth the price. Everyone was super friendly and understanding of my situation. If I ever have transmission issues I will gladly drive or tow my car the 4 hours to have these guys work on it!

Can't say enough about our experience. Do not live in Savannah but have two daughters in school there. One needed transmission serviced, so I called and set up appointment for her and got a quote. They did exactly as I asked, got her in and out quickly and my daughter loved how she was treated. Ann was so kind to her and gave her a lot of advice. We will definitely return when we need to. While on vacation, our car popped a transmission error. Panic set in since we were nearly 20 hours away from home with 4 kiddos. Rincon was able to squeeze us in and take a look at the car. They helped identify why the error was popping and that our transmission is ok, just needs more breaks since its a smaller one and overheats easy. They were patient, kind, and understanding. They also didn’t charge us for their time. While, we live too far away to use them for all our service needs, I would recommend anyone in the area to do so! Thank you so much!

This is the only shop I've ever been to that didn't try to screw me over on prices. They helped me troubleshoot my self installed transmission after it was giving me trouble post-installation. Extremely knowledgeable staff that were a pleasure to deal with. Just great people doing great work. There are 8 car shops between my house and Rincon transmission on mall blvd., I will choose Rincon transmission first every time...

I'm an out of state trucker with transmission problems and very fortunate to find them. Paul was the best he had a brand new transmission in my truck back on the road in less then 24 hours. I came here to get my car looked at after a mechanic got sone transmission codes and charging me $170.00 So I called here and after speaking with Ann she said bring it in right away she was so sweet and got me in within minutes of arriving
I was completely stressed about my car almost in tears
Paul drove it put it on the lift hooked it up to a reader
He came put to talk to us be was amazing very kind even told me there was no charge for today.
He gave me great advice and suggestions I cant say that thus place could have went anymore above and beyond than they did with me. I would recommend this place to everyone.
It's so comforting to know there are still honest mechanics and companies like this one.

Took my truck in on a Friday at 3:30 pm knowing my truck wouldn't get looked at until Monday. Received a call right around 5 that same day saying they diagnosed the vehicle and told me my options. They encouraged me to go with the cheaper, faster option that should fix the problem. To my surprise they called me at 8:30 AM on Monday and said my truck was ready to go.
They completely rectified the problem and saved me thousands. The dealership charged me $270 just to diagnose my truck and wanted to replace the torque converter. Rincon Transmission completely fixed the problem with their own diagnosis for less than $100 more.

My vehicle had a complete xmsn rebuild on Mall Blvd and I am beyond satisfied with their service. They were all very courteous and extremely helpful. All my questions were completely answered. Their work was very professional and expedient. Highly recommend this shop as I have become a repeat customer.

Great service and fair price. Paid 4500 start to finish on a new transmission for an Acadia AWD. Worked with me on payments as well with fast service. Definitely taking my other vehicles for services in the future.

Called around and got a bunch of try back next week or it's going to be $100 just to put in on the lift for an inspection. Came to here and I could immdently tell they wanted to help me and not just make money. They inspected the car for half the price as other shops in Savannah. They also where very helpful on showing pictures and talking me through what the problem was. They gave me a couple different options that were all fairly priced. At the end of the day this shop cares about the people more than just making a buck like most shops around. If you are in need of car service I would come here before you even think about shopping around.
