always a good experience

Went here to buy an elf bar vape and the girl working told me to try the vape before I left incase something was wrong with it.
So I tried it and immediately made a face of disgust as it was not working right and tasted so terrible and burnt.
I then told the girl something was wrong with it and that it wasn’t working right. She just said it was the flavor and that I’d get used to it. I’ve been smoking elf bar vapes forever now and never have ever had one that tasted so burnt and gross. She would not trade it out for a new one or refund me.

Why would she even have me try it at the store incase it didn’t work if she wasn’t going to do anything to make it right when it really didn’t work?!

I paid $28 that I didn’t even have to begin with for a vape that didn’t work at all and I walked the whole way to this store for nothing.

Go to Puffs and they are friendly and only charge $20 for the same exact vape!!
