I went through the drive-thru and honestly I can't remember when the last time it it was that I didn't really have to wait in a line in a drive through. 5 minutes max from the time I put my order in everyone was courteous professionalas well as health-conscious..

It had been over 2 years since I had ate at Wendy's I absolutely hate drive-thru went inside sit down the lady was very nice hospitable to us food was hot and good place was very clean

Employees at this Wendy's are very friendly! Doesn't matter what time of day I stop by and even in the drive thru!
I definitely recommend Wendy's over any other fast food in Salem!

The Older Man who runs the back cash$ at Wendy's of Salem gives out such positive vibes👍👌He thoroughly does an awesome job and it's nice to have someone with a friendly attitude when we go through a Drive Thru... Customer Service Skills are on point💯% I give a 5/5 * just for that, other drive thru's in town need to step it up... At least with personality bc frowning, mean mugging, and a womp womp attitude makes me wanna steer clear of said restaurant.

Google has it wrong. I think we open at 9:00 am and we definitely close at 10:00 pm. We used to close at 11:00 pm, but because the corona virus, we close at 10:00 pm.

Best Wendy's in the state of Indiana. Always fresh cooked food and great service! I recommend anything with bacon on it.

Wendy's 4 for $4 is great, you get a variety of what kind of hamburger or chicken sandwich you want with fries nuggets and a drink.
