Burger King

I have been to this location three times in the past few weeks, and every time the service has been exceptional, the food was perfectly prepared, and it came out so quickly ! This has become my new favorite place to get a quick bite in Salem.

Food was good just not hot. Staff was very friendly

They seem to be improving. We've eaten there three times within the last 6 weeks and have had a good experience all around. Twice in the drive thru and was served and gone in 5 minutes. Tonight went in. Again served promptly. All times the food was hot, fresh and correct.

Extremely clean, from the parking lot, to the restroom, to the lobby. Employees were really nice. Fast service, hot food cooked just right. Definitely coming back to this location.

My son and I stopped in on a busy Friday night about 6:30 pm. A car behind me didn't get ranch as requested w/their order. Brice was working the drive thru he actually ran out to the car to give them their dressing so that they didn't have to wait in line! I have never seen this at any fast food restaurant. I asked him his name so that I could respond on what a great thing to do. We need more young people like this!!!! Obviously GREAT SERVICE ☺

I love burger king, especially their 2 for $5.00 mix or match deal. Normally get 2 Whoppers with cheese. And since they have one in Salem that makes it even better if I want something different than what work is offering I can go there.

I was not happy, I got two cheeseburgers and two large coked. The cheeseburgers we're not hot , the buns were cold so I drove around and I went in and started to tell the server that they were not hot and she said we don't put onions on unless you ask for them and I said will you let me tell you that burgers are not hot and the cheese was cold. She said here you take them and throw them out or what ever you want to do . The lady from the drive thru and said they will make you new ones. Such a nice new unit and get that kind of service was up setting.

That was my first time eating at that burger king there in Salem. The food tasted fresh. Even my onion rings didn't taste greasy like the burger king near us in sellersburg does. If we're ever back out that way we will be back.

The girl that was working did a great job! Super friendly and very nice. Not like most workers who hate being at their jobs. She enjoyed what she did.

Great food at a great price

I love that when going through the drive thru I'm always greeted a welcome to Burger King Salem and the name of the person serving. Always polite. When our order was messed up the manager very politely made it right.

Great place to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner

The bacon melt sandwich hit the spot.

Everyone there was nice the restaurant was clean and I usually like McDonald's fries but the fries was really good here

Worst Burger King I have ever been to, would not recommend, Very Slow Service even without a line, Always got my order wrong , and that was 3 out of 3 visits, haven't ever returned to give them a chance at 4 , and won't !!!!!!!

4 Years Later with New Manager , BK has gotten it togather again !!! Friendly Service and will go out of their way to fix any problems now !! 5 Stars *****

The employee was very nice waiting time was good and have to say the places was very clean only one thing is while I was waiting I notice and a customer said to me that the older guy was showing a lot of but crack everytime he bend over and it didn't look nice for business other that it was wonderful I know people will trouble make hateful remarks about what I said but everyone to their on thing

Much better experience since new management took over.. No longer the 20-30 minute waits to get food and it comes out warm to hot now.

It's excellent service but I feel bad for the managers having to push so much to have the company survey filled out. Nobody wants to fill them out and the only reason I do is because I don't want them to be docked over a stupid survey
