Went to Rays for a rust spot quote. The service was outstanding. Ted worked up a quote quickly. While waiting Victor noticed the spot and recommended I take the car to the jeep dealer because it was under a corrosion warranty and jeep should pay for it. This is what TRUE customer service is. I would recommend Rays for anyone wanting auto body repair. Thank you guys!!

I had told Tj he could have the car just as long as he needed, that I have another one to drive. I just had wrecked my wife’s retirement gift car on her birthday just months after she died. My life was in shambles already without her but that I still had the car that reminds me of her and smells like her. Ray,s Collision Services returned my Donna’s E-Class 350 to me in mint condition. Recently, I had a guy come up to me and say how do you like your “new” E-Class Mercedes Convertible? This car is over ten years old and had the whole grill, front fenders and hood replaced and painted to match. Up until now, I had thought only Mercedes could paint match like that! Boy, was I surprised! I am forever grateful to Tj and the entire Ray’s Crew the quality of work they were able to achieve as I am not that easy to please. One happy Mercedes owner, Jerry Aunchman.

We, as a family, have used Ray's Collision Services on a few occasions. Only one of them involved insurance so the others were of our own doing. They have always treated us very good and very fair. Most recently someone graciously clipped the left rear quarter panel of our new car in the parking garage whilst my wife was doing a good deed and transporting some old(er) ladies to the hospital. In keeping with the scumbag protocol, the person that hit us didn't leave any contact info or anything to let us know who was responsible for the damage. We took it to Ray's and were greeted by Victor. He assessed the damage and made a plan to get it repaired. Victor treaded us very good and was extremely accommodating. We were very pleased with the end result. We highly recommend Ray's Collision Services and if Victor is your point of contact you will be well taken care of!
Edit: We live in Jacksonville so it's not like Ray's is our neighborhood body shop. They have earned our repeat business by consistently offering good service and excellent customer relations, as exemplified by Victor.

I had to stop by Rays today to ask a quick question about my bumper and ended up getting my issue resolved right away. The employees at Rays are always extremely helpful and nice. Big shout out to Tj, who helped me out today when I showed up right before closing! I highly recommend this shop and will continue to use them!

Ray’s Collision is such a great company to work with. Needing auto repairs is never something we want to do (for the most part) but, their staff makes it easy. I had a great experience with Ray's Collision Services- Ted took care of my vehicle, and cleaned up the scratches on the bumper of my Montego and it looks really great now- I appreciate the honesty and integrity they seem to operate with, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ray's, or to use them myself if I needed to again. We recently purchased a gently used F350 that needed some minor cosmetic repair. As part of the deal, Bozard Ford agreed to pay for the repairs at Ray’s. They had the truck for the just under a week and when we got it back, we were blown away at how impeccable the body was to repair it. I could not see where the ding was nor could I tell anything had been done at all - it looked better than it probably did fresh from the factory (and Ford isn’t known for quality paint work). I am so impressed. So much so that I plan to bring in another car I own for similar work.

Ray's is by far the best body shop in Saint Augustine.ive taken everything from a 1986 to 2020 vehicles there and my wife and I have always been treated fairly with quality workmanship and professional courtesy. I highly recommend this shop.

TJ and the team at Ray’s did a great job on the rear fender and bumper from an accident. My truck has a fairly unique color, and they were able to match it perfectly. Great job!

Someone backed into us and left nasty mark on our rear bumper. Ray’s made it look brand new again. The service at Ray’s is top notch and I highly recommend them.

A wind gust took down a basketball hoop and it hit my new Audi. I thought repair was out of the question but Rays talented team fixed it back looking like new. Boe was absolutely wonderful and saved me over $800 I would have paid at the Dealership. I ordered a new drivers side mirror and took it there and Boe fixed it in 10 minutes and charged me nothing! I couldn’t believe it? Best place ever! Thanks Boe!
