To say that I am thoroughly impressed as an understatement. I was quoted $68 per blade at a lawnmower shop in Middleburg and got the same blades here for my mower for $22 apiece. I saved enough money to actually buy a new weed eater from Zack. They supplied me with the tools and knowledge to do everything I need to do with this new weed eater. The woman at the desk Was very nice very knowledgeable and very helpful. This place has a customer in me from now on for sure. You can’t go wrong wrong using Zack’s.

Going into repair shop is like going back in time when your business was appreciated. So professional and yet down to earth. Unlike other places that make you feel like they are doing you a favor by being open. I won't go anywhere else in future for lawn equipment repairs. This place is awesome!

Great place that works with you if you have any problems. Bought around 2000$ worth of equipment from them and they don’t hesitate to work with you if your having problems with it. I was told it would be worked on after 3-5 business days and he was on it the next day after drop off.

Wow, what a unbelievable experience. I walked in 10 minutes before closing and I was greeted by welcoming smiles. I was desperate, because I have a machine that depends or my company's success or failure on the profitability of a large construction project. I have 35 people on payroll and have to pay them no matter what. I did not even go into an in depth conversation of my desperate situation! They said, with a smile, "We will look at it first thing in the morning and call you shortly after that." Then, when I pulled around the back to drop off the machine, 3 guys came out to happily unload the equipment. Very professional and VERY nice! During the process, one of the guys noticed that there was a nail in my tire and immediately asked if he could fix it. He quickly did and I was in shock!!! When does kind of service happen anymore, never! I asked how much I owed him for the tire, he said do not worry about it. What a great company and company service! Thank you and I will be back and will recommend Zach's Outdoor Equipment to EVERYBODY!!!!!

Zach's has the best customer service, fastest turn around for getting equipment back to you. We have dealt with other shops that were rude and you would be missing your equipment for two weeks or more. We recently had a pretty horrible incident happen with one of our grasshopper mowers and Evan was on top of it, showed a lot of compassion for what happened and got it back to us within 24 hours. All around great place to go.

This place has fixed my generator more times than I can count and now my weed eater because I’m the worst at maintaining anything! Jaylyn was so friendly and professional, I can’t recommend this place enough!
