Been struggling with a newer craftsman mower that wont start or run consistently. Called a few places that either dont service this model or are backed up 2+ weeks before they can even look at it.

Mike Called me back within the hour, went over what he thought could be the issue, gave me an address to drop the mower off. He said he was about 7 days backed up but could maybe squeeze me in between his other jobs.

He called me back the next day to let me know he fixed it, what he replaced, and that it was ready for pick up. I picked it up and it it started the 1st pull and ran the entire time while I was cutting my knee high thick backyard grass with ease.

I have a 7 yr old riding mower that I thought was headed to the scrapyard. Michael was able to restore it inside and out so that it looks and runs brand new! Very professional and great price and had it in and out in 4 days! Saved me $1500 from having to buy a new one! He is your guy if you need anything repaired!

3 Day turnaround for my riding mower repair, Mike was straight forward and very knowledgeable.

Mike was phenomenal, I had a Honda push mower for a year and last weekend just couldn’t get it to start, did everything I could but no luck, I contacted Mike and dropped the mower off the next day, within 4 days he let me know the issues from the manufacturer and wasn’t worth the cost to repair. She had some major internal issues so he gave me an itemized break down of the report. I tried my luck at Home Depot and wouldn’t you know they gave me a store credit for the mower but without Mike I’m certain that would not have happened. His professionalism and communication was perfect and couldn’t have ask for a better experience. Give this man your business he’s truly top notch.

I purchased a 2014 Craftsman R1000 RER
30” with the MTD engine for next to nothing because the owner was frustrated that no one could diagnose and fix a stalling problem with the MTD engine. Engine would run for about 20 minutes, stall, start and repeat. I researched it on line and found this to be an epic problem with this engine. Frustrated after trying all the internet fixes I called on Mike @ Mower Medics who promptly and at a very reasonable price diagnosed, called me to discuss the problem then FIXED my headache, I mean mower. This was the first time I used Mower Medics after being highly recommended by my neighbors who use them for mower service. Mike is an excellent technician/ business owner. I have a 32 year old edger that Mike tuned up that now runs like new! Some shops would have “over sold” me with repairs on an edger this old. Not Mike. He made only the necessary repairs and service and it runs great. Mike kept me informed of the progress since parts had to be ordered on an edger this old. I was pleasantly surprised at the fair price for top quality work and special order parts. If I had to sum up the work Mike did, it would be “right job done/job done right.” I will definitely use Mike and mower medics in the future. They are competent, honest, and fair.

Mike is an awesome guy. He is honest, reliable and goes the extra mile and his work is impeccable. . Ladies if you want a fellow you can depend on to give you a straight answer and treat you with the utmost respect Mike is your man. I had my mower to 2 others who would not tell me about the condition of my mower even though that was my request. They just kept milking my wallet. Mike does a great job. Picked up the mower and did the tune/maintenance on it and had it back to me in about 3 days (in the summer!). Friendly guy, knowledgeable and convenient. Delivery charge is reasonable. Would highly recommend using again.

Absolutely perfect experience! I have a 15+ year old riding mower that would not start and needed some maintenance caught up, and I am so glad I called Mower Medics. Great communication whether phone or text, a thorough assessment of what needed to be done, a reasonable price, and very prompt with pick up and delivery times. Mike is great to work with, and very good at fixing mowers. Very informative of issues with your mower and is transparent about it. Sent pics on what he’s fixing. Plus, his website is great and he responds quick to the website forms that are submitted. I went to another mower repairs place not too far and not too long ago and they were ok. Comparably, Mower Medics is way above in service and customer service. I am surely referring others to him. Thanks for repairing our rider mower, it’s like new again. He even gave it a good external cleaning!

Mike the owner was very pleasant to do business with. My Toro self-propelled wasn’t starting and Mike quickly got it running for me again.

Mike did a great job, I had purchased a used John Deere riding mower (LA135), and it stopped working after about a month. Mower Medics came, checked it out, took it away on a trailer, got everything fixed very quickly, and she runs like a dream again after a new carburetor and throttle. I’ll be using Mower Medics again should I ever have the need on my machine.

After going to one of these big lawn mower places to have my lawn mower repaired and they still have not got it fixed after I paid so much money. About a week later I was finding another shop I found Mike. I wish I would have found him first. Mike went out of his way to make sure that working on my zero turn John Deere lawn mower was running like a champ. He took his time he diagnosed the issue and got it resolved the first time. Mike has been servicing our Z-turn riding mower for several years now. Service is always prompt & courteous, & our mower is still running well after 9 years. I have sent a couple of friends to them & highly recommend Mower Medics!

Great and friendly service! Put an online repair order on Sunday. Mike called Monday, picked up our lawn mower on Thursday, returned it all repaired and looking like new on Saturday. This will be the only Mower repair service we will use in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who needs mower repair!!!
