Holy Spirit Catholic Church

Beautiful catholic church in McAllen TX. The priest is very welcoming and great at giving service. The church has a small garden which is very pretty and it has some seating available. The church offers mass on Sunday and some days during the week.

Update: we finally had the opportunity to attend a Mass presided over by Fr. Andy, the pastor, and his homily was an incredibly bold and reverent. Thanks be to God! I highly encourage attending Mass here 😊

The beautiful outdoor life-size Madonna Rosary Garden and Stations of the Cross were incredible. So blessed to have the opportunity to pray there during Holy Week.

Fr. Andy is amazing! His sermons are always meaningful and relevant to our lives. He explains everything with so much grace and clarity. I’m honestly not from this parish but I’ve been attending mass regularly here and I love it! Currently, I’m attending the Lenten Mass study sessions and I’m very pleased with how much we are learning. Continued prayers for all priests and those called to the vocation of priesthood. Really enjoyed the mass there¡¡¡... very well organized & community very involved too... the place is quite and safe to pray by yourself. parking lot is good enough too. have all accomodities and amenities for wheelchairs or disabled too, it is a very inclusive church. just as Jesús stated: to serve to our brothers and sisters...

We moved from San Antonio, Tx and it was really hard to find a church. We attended the children's mass and we felt something. Felt just right. I do want to get my 3 month old son baptized. Anyone know where the office is located? Or who I can speak to about what needs to be done? God bless

Love going to Mass offered at 10:00 AM (Spanish version) on Sunday mornings. Also the kids mass at 1:30 PM is a wonderful way to start introduction our kids to learn the Lord teachings in a very friendly way.

Padre Louis is the best priest. He has so much love and care for his patrons. My son completed his fist communion there and it was a Life changing experience.

Such a peaceful feeling church! Father Andy is amazing and direct in his message.

Great Catholic Church and convenient mass times. I'm bummed that Msgr. Luis retired but Father Andy does a good job. Great place to adore the blessed sacrament!

Its being reconstructed go by a see how beautiful its turning out! Father Louis Brum has really made a diffrence in this church. He will be retiring soon! Wish him luck and we love hime very much! We will miss you Father. Love Joyce

It's the church that's closest to the place where I am staying. It's a wonderful place for praise and worship. I find the set up unique.

I've been a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church since we met at an Elementary School, then broke ground and went from Parish Hall to what it is today. It is home for me.

This is where they now have monthly USDA Cheese program food pantry. Church also offers their own food pantry monthly. Lots of parking.

Father Andy is an amazing priest and the church itself is beautiful. Love the community at Holy Spirit.

There is a very beautiful place to recite Rosary, Modonna Rosary Park, just across the street. I love it !

It is a place of worship not a show. That's right!
