Matthew, the store manager, was SUPER HELPFUL! He went out of his way to accommodate me & help me leave satisfied. I highly recommend you shop here if you enjoy friendly employees, amazing items & outstanding customer service!!

Nice clothes

Clothes were cute so I’ll give a two star. But cashier flirted with my bf right in front of me giggling and akeekeeing at everything he said but with me wasn’t nearly as friendly or giggly. Kinda hurtful cus I’m funny too.

My experience here was the worst! Some employee, Matthew was extremely rude and unhelpful. It seemed like he didn’t even want to be working or helping customers. I asked him if he could help me find the sizing for a certain piece of clothing but, he kept talking amongst his coworkers instead of helping me. Worst experience I’ve ever had, don’t go here.

They need new managers they are extremely rude. I like to come here every week and it seems like they have a whole new team that took over and it’s the worst ever. Very stuck up and just plain rude. The only good thing were the ladies in the fitting rooms. Bless their hearts.

Not this store specifically but I just wanna say tillys has the worst costumer service I have ever had to deal with. Not only did my package not arrive to my
House but they accused me of lying just to get money back. No Tillys …it didn’t arrive , & I don’t want money back I want a new one sent. I asked my two neighbors next to my home if they got my package delivered by mistake they both said no.
Tillys “investigated” thru ontrac and said yeah you’re lying the driver said he delivered to your home we will not provide a refund. I said I don’t want a refund, I want what I ordered. So I took it upon myself to go thru every house in my neighborhood to see if anyone else received it and yes it was 12 doors down. I know it’s not tillys fault that the driver delivered to wrong house. But their way of handling the situation and accusing a customer of “scam” really left a bad taste in my mouth and I know it doesn’t matter to them ,but I really won’t be shopping @ any tillys ever again. The whole situation is ridiculous & I can’t support a company that would treat their customers like thiefs or scam artists
