The staff at Lincare are all friendly. Great customer service. The one who helped me was detailed in her explanation & demonstration of Cpap. She took her time & answered all my questions with care.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Randy delivered a bed to my uncle that was ill. He was very prompt and considerate. He answered all of our questions and explained how to operate the bed very well. Randy was also the one who came to pick up the bed after my uncle passed. He was very kind and offered his condolences when he came. He was also considerate of our time. He was pleasent and efficient both times he came.

My husband Roy has been a patient with Lincare for a year now. We are happy to say we are very pleased with the care and service they have provided him. Everyone is always helpful and have resolved any issues quickly and effectively.

While bringing a family member home from the hospitial , I witnessed first hand great after hours customer service from Mason ! He is very knowledgeable and made sure the patient knew how to operate her equipment before leaving. Best customer service representative by far …. Mason !

This is a really great company! Mason is especially helpful and very positive, polite and will do anything in his power to help how he can! If you’re getting a delivery definitely hope it’s with Mason!

I had to call Lincare to check on the supplies for my fathers CPAP machine Sara Guy answered and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about what I needed and what needed to be done, if you need any assistance definitely ask to speak to Sara, she will help you get what you need done and done correctly.

Lincare provided my oxygen. Dylan Bush do a bush was most helpful. My oxygen was delivered to my home and Dylan gave me a great detail about how to use the equipment. I am most appreciative.

Had a very good experience with this office. Both my husband and I received our equipment here. Jessica took very good care of us and the entire staff was polite and courteous. I would highly recommend their service.

Lincare is a fantastic business! I would recommend Mason Combs! He is always helpful, kind and will always make sure that you have everything you need.

I had a very good experience both parents in hospital from Covid. They came out on a Saturday and delivered what I needed to get my Mom home safely. My Dad will need oxygen as well hopefully this week we will get him set up.

The Boone center staff is always willing to help out when there is a problem with my equipment and quick to respond when needed! Excellent customer service all the way around!

Yes they are hard to get a hold of but they do care. If you want a caring manager talk to Crystal or Randy.
