Nice people, happy to help me when my tent broke and I had to replace it fast so my dogs would not escape during the night. They even gave me a dscount. The tent I purchased is great and fits exactly what I needed, with great and honnest service. The store may have a look from the past, but I wasn't there to buy a store, but a tent and I got what I was looking for.... Thanks guys!

We recently purchased a canoe from The Great Outdoors in Enosburg.
Mary (Store Manager) provided us with outstanding customer support from start to finish;
both on the phone and in-person. Richard was kind enough to come in on his day off to help
load and secure the canoe to our vehicle. We will definitely be recommending The Great Outdoors to folks we know.

I had been shopping for a replacement kayak for a while, I needed help and couldn’t get the help I needed at other places I went to. When I went to this store I got the help I needed. They tolerated my indecisiveness with much patience. All my questions were answered, and I ended up with a kayak that I’m totally in love with. Thank you so much Mary and Nate. Your amazing customer service was what did it for me. I’ll be back for anything and everything I need for our kayaks 😁

Really, really, really expensive.

Had what we needed so we didn't need to drive to Burlington!! But their prices are lacking, all their snowboard supplies are old/used there was hardly anything brand new in good condition, also the layout of the store is worse than a thrift store.

The part on my bike that was replaced broke shortly thereafter. Told me it was my fault. Don't recommend dealing with these dirtbags.
