Agnello's Cafe

I was randomly driving by and decided the wife and I needed coffee, we didn't expect much but we ended up getting so much. Everything about it I enjoyed, and very good for its value.

This is a nice little new cafe in the strip across from the Manahawkin Plaza. The cafe is facing the street (not the parking lot). The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and welcoming. Service was good also (it's not fast food or premade so don't expect to walk in and out in 2 minutes but the atmosphere is nice and relaxing). I had the ricotta toast and pistachio vanilla latte (both are recommended!). There is limited seeing inside and also a handful of outdoor tables and chairs (with umbrellas). I also went with a group of 6 others and everyone enjoyed their toasts/sandwiches and beverages. I recommend giving it a try if you want some fresh bread and flavorful lattes.

Wow! Best latte in the area and that's a strong claim! Strong presence of flavor in the coffee customizations and all the sandwiches, well presented on fresh sourdough. Order bread online, stop in for a turmeric latte or mushroom coffee and kick off your day right with this positive vibe and fresh atmosphere!

Stopped by for a coffee today as it was recommended by a friend and I’m no longer local. I had the honey hazelnut shaken iced espresso. When I told the barista I didn’t like my drinks too sweet, she made it perfectly. She was very nice and helpful as well. Although I didn’t get any of their retail items, the brands and ingredient based items they carry are on the “healthier” side if you try to avoid excess chemicals like I do. These offerings suggested to me that the owners actually care about what they’re putting in their customers bodies. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

Huge fan of their gourmet sandwiches, have enjoyed Agnellos Cafe on the island and off. Fantastic all around!

Bangin’ cappuccino and some great products on their shelves too like Wooden Spoon Herbs! The real deal, will definitely be going back!

Tired of lame food in the area? Come here! Outstanding variety of healthy choices. Easy to order and extremely friendly. If this place was open at 5pm or 6pm I would go at least 2-3 times more. Bread is awesome. Breakfrast flat breads are all perfect texture and taste.

There are truly no words that can describe just how incredible Matt Agnello (owner) is. Genuinely such a good person and the nicest man I’ve ever met. The manahawkin shop is a beautiful place with amazing food as well. 5 stars isn’t enough to give to this place, they deserve more . Highly HIGHLY reccomend Agnellos!!

What a great place ! Just ordered two sandwiches. So fresh looking and delicious. Service was excellent, very friendly. Would definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

The owner, Matthew is incredibly welcoming and positive, and the food is amazing. One of the best sandwiches I've had, period. Can't wait to be back.

Recently went here for coffee and they were great! I put a 4 for food since we didn’t get any food, but next time I definitely want to try the ricotta toast!
