Our kiddos wanted a new board after a weeklong surf school. The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during our visit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the shop for new boards or rentals.

This is the best surf shop in the area. Aaron, the owner, helped me purchase the right surf skate (carver) when I walked in. I was going to purchase the more expensive one, and he talked me into buying the less expensive one and I couldn't be happier with it. I've worn it out so much with use. If you want a store that's owned by a local that supports the community (including you) buy your surf supplies here.

And... yet another pearl in our quaint little beach town! Kids went to surf camp and are hooked, so time to purchase their first board. I’ve been to Citrus Surf Shop a few times to get some shirts and bumper stickers, their selection of fun and high quality gifts, beach, fish and surf gear is amazing for such a small shop! Aaron is an amazing help, taking the time to explain and select the best gear, cool guy too, throwing in some goodies with our purchase. He also sells local art work and hand made items, so if you need a gift, for yourself or others, drop by here and you’re sure sure to find something awesome. Hands down the coolest surf shop in central Florida. When my family moved into town a few years back Aaron (owner) was the first person we met and he welcomed us to town like we were 30 year locals. We bought our son his first surfboard and skimboard from Citrus. Aaron spent an hour showing my son how to wax his board and set it up. Priceless moment! I love to fish. This cool surf shop has all your fishing needs. Whether you’re walking across the street to surf fish or go to the river Aaron will get you set up. At the end of the day the best customer service anyone can ask for!!!

Bought my Rival Mutiny surfboard from Citrus. Aaron asked me what I wanted and he had it specifically made for me. His prices are very competitive and he is local. What more can you ask for? Great shop! It has been a long time since I’ve been on a surfboard. Aaron showed me through some of the boards that would work for me and we settled on a rental so I could get my feet under me. I’ll be back soon to get one of my own! Highly recommend this shop

Excellent surf shop right on the ocean in Ormond by the Sea. Citrus has a fantastic selection of longboards/shortboards, and the owner has always been friendly and helpful. I've always found everything I need and will definitely return here in the future for more surfing gear!

Easily the best shop in this area. Everything you need to surf, sup, kayak, skate or fish. Aaron asks the right questions to get you on the equipment suited to your ability. Very reasonably priced. Buy all my boards/equipment and even bait/tackle here.

As a local, this is my favorite surf shop in town and they sell their homemade surf wax which is second to none! Great to have a convo with someone who has also been local and knows the areas waves and fish really well. Excellent board selection with great prices, and all the fishing equipment you need for a fun day at the beach. You can't find better pricing on gear, the wetsuit I bought was cheaper in the store than online! If you don't need to purchase anything, they do rentals and lessons too.
