The store location owner and staff demonstrated superior customer service skills!! They were able to rectify a minor error seamlessly!! I was very satisfied and would recommend them for your next party cake order!!!

I have been here two times so far and both experiences were great when getting my usual- birthday cake remix. It’s clean and the workers are SO friendly. The gentleman tonight (12/24) was so kind and went above and beyond. Parking lot in the back but back door is seemingly just for employees. Definitely better than garden city or lynbrook location!

So today was my second time here and the service was great again. My server was Daniela. She was very nice and professional.

I've been to many coldstones as I love the icecream. This one I will never return to. One of the workers, named Ally needs employee training on how to greet and treat customers. My partner and I stood in line waiting for anyone to acknowledge us. We thought perhaps as soon as Ally completed ringing up the woman in front, she would acknowledge us and find out why were were standing in line waiting. We were very patient. Instead she put her head down and went straight to the back. Perhaps our skin was too dark to be acknowledged. One of the employees finally stepped up and said " I have no idea why she did that, how can I help?" and proceeded to retrieve our online order from the freezer. He's the reason I provided this location with a second star. I spoke with the manager on the phone; he did explain he would speak with her. A call back would've been nice. I spent over $100 in your store after requesting a refund and conceding. My experience unpleasant and hurtful!

Tonight I was in your Merrick NY location and I was extremely disappointed. The two young men who claim there was no management on sight blatantly skip over my self and daughter to help a friend who came in after. They refused to give their names or give the name of the store manager. My money is GREEN and spends everywhere and will never allow someone to openly be disrespectful. They should not be left in the store alone if this is how they behave . SHAME ON YOU COLD STONE!!! They represent you!!!
