Best incense in town👏👏 wonderful different tobacco, products and I just love the atmosphere. I did have a very dramatic experience there with one of the people that worked there what I need to smoke instead of giving me what I asked for and then when I told him I'd rather have what I asked for he got quite rather rude and told me to leave the store and never come back I'm sure I'm not the only person that has had that experience but I'm so stubborn it did take me a little bit to come back but I did cuz I figured that the customer service guy probably didn't last very long and no he's not there but it was kind of intimidating and I wanted to say words that is not appropriate. One thing I did find was that he was very opinionated about the other side of town and the other smoke shops and for me I work at yours smoke shop so my opinion really doesn't matter about anybody else's other than if I'm upgrading and saying good things but he was not doing that and I don't believe in running other businesses damn because they have people that like their businesses if that makes any sense so what happened was I walked out with no product in my hand like I said I love the incense I love the variety of things that you can look around at and my smokes but I still gave it a five star because it's not the owner's fault.

I just started going here and this place and it’s head and shoulders above the other places I’ve been to in town. It’s well lit, HUGE selection of carts, hookah products, and pipe tobacco. That’s what I mainly roll with (pun intended), but it looks like they have the largest selection of blunt wraps and that kind of stuff as well. The staff is actually friendly! Big shout out to Tabby! She greeted me, helped me find what I needed right away, connected with me as a customer, and made the entire exchange a pleasant one. However, the reason for a five star review is because that kind of exchange has been consistent with the three other times I’ve been there. Will DEFINITELY be going back.

Great staff and wonderful selection!

I have always had a great experience at Tambaku. A plus to the experience is the staff try to make feel welcomed and like part if the Tobacco Town family. The staff is very informed about the products they sell. There is always an influx of new products and the prices are very reasonable.

This store is a great store! Mindy is awesome! Always friendly and very helpful. Pricing is cheaper than most stores.
